“The worst site i proved my deposit and id done everything and they saidit was all good and i get my winnings then i made a deposit after they aprroved then they changed there minds and wanted more proof which is wrong i done everything the worst site ever”

“Awful company I've been with them for over 1 year now and had many of withdrawals until recently,they want to much ID sent which I happily sent to them but no they need proof I've actually paid my phone/Internet lol I don't get why they need this?? Aslong has they can see its actually me I think that's the main thing 🤔 right??”

“The bad reviews are true its a scam site, if you dont believe it have a look at there safer gambling tools a minimum of 500 deposit restriction limit per month, also no brand name games associate themselves with this site, I have played the site 5.00 here and there for months got 80.00 instantly got the we require documentation decided to take the hit for the 80.00 and exclude cause im not going to go through the stress or arguments over 80 so they can have it and lose me as a customer...there loss for a change not mine. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL TIMES”

“There's a lot of fake reviews here. Mfortune operates outside if the rules and regulations of The Gambling Commission. From personal experience I was allowed to gamble merrily loosing £10-£20 a time, then when I got lucky suddenly they wanted to show how I paid my mobile bill and billing for all transaction, bank account statements covering the time, several forms of ID etc. They objected to me censoring personal transactions with a line, nothing to do with their deposits in an attempt to stall, delay and hinder withdrawals. Then they voided my winnings as more than 30 days had passed since they made the request for ID, yet I attempted to provide this safely. I complained, had rows with their staff etc. The staff are scripted mainly, The fake 'congratulations on your win' gets old fast It was only after approaching the ADR things were sorted. The process took months yet you can fund seemingly endlessly with no checks at all.”

“If I could give minus stars I would. They are an absolute scam and I honestly can't believe they are still allowed to run. They will not pay out and will just keep fobbing you off to different teams or ask for more and more documentation. Complete and utter crooks.”

“There cannot be anyone out there who could write a genuine positive review for these scam artists. Deposit £500 try and withdraw £50, good luck getting your money. MFortune have been fined previously for consistently breaching gambling commission code of conduct.”

“IF YOU READ A POSITIVE REVIEW ABOUT THIS CASINO THEN ITS FAKE TRUST ME. They won’t accept any id they won’t accept my bank statements which are legit halifax bank statements.. they won’t accept my phone bill it’s a joke. I recommend staying away unless you want another A-hole ripped. Honest they won’t pay out a single penny the chat operators are all the same person with different names because everything said is an exact replica of what the other person said. Stay away scam”

“Just for anyone thinking of signing up with them: I have sent them 5 different documents/selfies. It's not even to withdraw a large sum. Unless you have endless patience and are willing to jump through numerous hoops I would steer well clear of this casino. Better and more trustworthy casinos will ask for the documentation at the time of depositing, not at the time of withdrawal.”

“Closed account and withheld winnings, despite having all documents verified OK by MFortune. The company withheld my £85 winnings and gave me a reason about not passing security checks for withdrawal. The documents given had already passed all checks with 3x different casino sites and I was able to withdraw fine with them. Do not trust MFourtune, they have used weak T&Cs to withhold genuine winnings and I have had to raise a case with IBAS. Very untrustworthy company, use at your peril.”

“MFORTUNE AVOID AT ALL COSTS After… MFORTUNE AVOID AT ALL COSTS After depositing £607 from my bank card over several weeks I won £560 I have requested a withdraw and MFortune wanted identification, this was because I deposited £30 from my mobile phone bill. The identification they had asked for was numerous things such as proof of mobile bill, proof of payment to mobile network, driving License, passport, council tax bill another utility bill. All this has been provided and MFortune has told me everyday now for 2 weeks that there is a problem with the ID, I have made several calls each time the agents who I have names of and time of calls keep saying the ID is accepted and then the next day they want more ID or the same ID I have already sent. This says to me that they have either lost my ID or delaying the payment on purpose, I have provided everything they want. I am now going to contact GDPR, as I am concerned about my documents, I am waiting on a call from a manager at this point I will make a formal complaint. Then this will be taken further. They will not payout my winnings they have honoured my winnings previously is this just to build trust before they stop paying out.”
