“Zero stars!!! I won the jackpot of £1800 fair and square. After about a million phone calls and million E-mails and sending in tons and tons of ID and to having to post my phone bill. I am now being accused of 'suspected' fraud. You cheeky mates!!! How did you only come up with that conclusion when it's the day I was to receive the funds. I have heard every story of your flaming depressing script I could do your job for you!!! I wont lie down and accept this I am taking it futher and have legal team involved You have not only discriminated my identity as a person and accused me of fraud?! You have shut my.account and.kept my.winnings. Go and f*** yourself because Account can stay shut you saved me a job of shutting the rubbish down but I wont allow you to rob me!!!”

“Absolute con men. Only wanted to try out the roulette so depositted £10. They applied a "£10 bonus top up" from their "free spin". Turns out is wasn't a bonus at all. When I had 25 still in my account after playing for 5 mins, I wanted to take my £10 back. They had lumped both my money and the bonus together so wasn't classed as accessible cash and turns out I would have to wager over £300 to access my own money again. Spoke to a rep via the live chat and yeah as suspected this is buried deep in the terms and conditions. Wasn't made clear when they were touting for business or throwing free bonus adverts at me. No doubt there will be a reply below about t&c's but take my advice and the hundreds of other reviews and avoid this scam of a company at all costs. I only hope that this review at least saves one person from using them. If you must try, then do not accept their "bonus" or "top up" offers as they just combine with your own money to make it almost impossible to withdraw. Con men! Just checked their company details and it seems a large part of their business has links with Romania. Just another observation that you can choose to use if considering using any of their apps. Avoid at all costs. Luckily only cost me a tenner but I see from other reviews that I was lucky!”

“Absolute joke scam company, don’t mind you keep depositing as often as possible then when you want to withdraw you have to send photos pdf documents phone bills bank statements, they don’t reply to emails or call backs requests, takes over an hour to get through to live chat and they have 6 security questions to get through if you manage that they have pre worded statements just designed to frustrate you and make you give up!! My advice to everyone who reads this, contact the gambling commission I have done this and they are on to this company the more complaints the better, they are breaking their gambling license agreement. Their ceo is Simon Wilson of Intouch games the owners of MFortune I am emailing him to about his scam company. Don’t let them get away with this complain to every possible method you can!!”

“They get you to play and when you will and withdraw they refuse to pay you untill u have sent your paid bill over so having to wait till 4 he end of the month, don't state this anywhere fuming, I'm absolutely disgusted”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They have been texting me offers constantly. I finally use some "free spins" and after wagering for hours "win" £100.00. I am then advised this cannot be paid out as this is a duplicate account. After being on the phone for a while and asking to speak to a manager because I am concerned someone else is using my details they are still refusing to provide any further information. Clearly they will refuse to pay out at all costs even if this means providing dishonest reasons!”

“Absolute shithousery from this company i have paid my bill proved this with a bank statement , phone bill then they adjusted the dates as apparently didn't include the last date they wanted. i changed my phone bill date then paid this as well . Emailed a full PDF of my bill now they want me to post the document before they pay me out even though same document. Every time i have provided the information they require they then want something else i have now paid over £600 to get £260 back of them and they still wont pay. If any one wants to join me in raising a complaint and there parent businesses please email darren j lindsay 123 hotmail com all one word - Gambling commision and IBAS set 3 objectives one being Fair & Open which these aren't reading these comments. I checked they are on the register so complaints made will be followed through. I worked for Coral for 10 years so no all about this and this is why i trusted them as they are on the register Raise a complaint with them at Complaints @ MFortune not there other email then forward me this also request all GDPR information and call logs held by them and there off shoots. i was also promised multiple manager call backs never received then got one that day then got one at 10.30pm when it wasn't requested which is breach of GDPR regulations. then asked to speak to a manager and was told this wasnt allowed as i had requested one previously about the same issue. JOKERS I AM GOING TO GET MINE AND PEOPLES MONEY BACK. even a bank wouldn't ask for this much or a proper high street company PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

“What a crock..... been a player for a few years, loved it, now this stupid wagering requirements. Won a fair amount for a change from a piffling little bonus and had to wager 2000+. Complete joke. Have to wager 60 + from 3 pound loyalty points!! Bye bye BB a complete and utter rip off.”

“When your putting money on they dont care who's the bill provider who pays the bill what phone you have if your in debt. But when you win & withdraw lord they want your blood they want bank statements and Bill's photos your grandmas DNA!! They wanna make sure your not in debt and that you have paid your bill because they cared about bill payments when you deposit I actually won my money from "free spins" and I'd also depsoit by bank card !! If you deposit on here you might aswell get a lighter and set fire to your money because you will never ever see any returns & if you do see returns will be after a long withdrawn process”

“Terms and conditions aren't correct it says withdrawals will take 3-4 working days that has lapsed so I got in touch I have to wait another 1-2 days for admin to sort and 3-5 working days to reach my bank account,if I hadn't contacted them I would never have got my money on saying that IV not got it yet!!”

“Won £50 withdrew it then i had to contact them 3 days after for them to say theyve took the £50 because i have another account with them which i havent. I asked for information about the other account which they couldnt give me because i couldnt pass the security questions because the account isnt mine but they said if i deposit il beable to take my future winnings jokers !”

“Beginning August 2019 mfortune started wagering requirements on their bonus payments. This means if you win any money with any bonus cash they give you it's impossible to withdraw it. Used to love this site but terrible now!”

“DO NOT USE THIS APP! You are only able to deposit off free spins or by card in which you have to verify yourself. BUT if you have ever deposited by phone bill and have not got phone verification access you will not get your money. they want you to send even more documentation which most people wont have. so all money i have put in i cannot get back. this app is a SCAM! i would avoid this like the plague!”
