“MFORTUNE AVOID AT ALL COSTS After… MFORTUNE AVOID AT ALL COSTS After depositing £607 from my bank card over several weeks I won £560 I have requested a withdraw and MFortune wanted identification, this was because I deposited £30 from my mobile phone bill. The identification they had asked for was numerous things such as proof of mobile bill, proof of payment to mobile network, driving License, passport, council tax bill another utility bill. All this has been provided and MFortune has told me everyday now for 2 weeks that there is a problem with the ID, I have made several calls each time the agents who I have names of and time of calls keep saying the ID is accepted and then the next day they want more ID or the same ID I have already sent. This says to me that they have either lost my ID or delaying the payment on purpose, I have provided everything they want. I am now going to contact GDPR, as I am concerned about my documents, I am waiting on a call from a manager at this point I will make a formal complaint. Then this will be taken further. They will not payout my winnings they have honoured my winnings previously is this just to build trust before they stop paying out.”

“I have been waiting on £4300 withdrawl from them from 16th December 2020, I have spoke to them on phone everyday and not getting anywhere with it, sent alsorts of bank statements, wage slips, id and more who do I contact about this. They are worst company ever!!! DO NOT SIGN UP TO MFORTUNE THEY ARE SCAMMERS”

“Told me they are keeping my money (which I tried to withdraw) indefinitely. The gambling commission along with IBAS have been informed. IBAS told me that I'm NOT the only one who has complained about this issue. And by the sounds of it they are getting fed up with it. I can see mfortune in the near future closed down PERMANENTLY”

“Absolute shambles of a casino! Forever asking for ID and documents to withdraw your money and even when your provide them with the correct documents it’s never good enough. Absolute scam of a casino all the 5 star reviews are fake, they don’t pay your winnings at all and have been reported to the gambling commission, STAY CLEAR OF THIS SITE!!!”

“Absolute shower this lot quite happy to take your money but as soon as you make a decent size withdrawl then the shutters come up. Asking for all sorts of id. Customer service is terrible all working off the same scripted notes.”

“WON £4500 AND IT WAS MY MONEY, took days and days to verify ID as my passport wasn’t good enough, any letters sent just wasn’t good enough, after finally completing it and after spending money doing so and along the way i was told by numerous staff members my money is coming and will be in my bank, 1 staff even said “don’t worry you will get your money it’s just when the ID is through” i had a phone call a week later saying they are sending me a cheque for a picture to be taken with my £4500 winnings, they declined to pay me on about i had 10 free spins? which i didn’t even want anyway, i won £3 from those spins, they do not like the fact i won £4500 and earned it, why LET ME WITHDRAW IT AND TELL ME MY MONEY IS ON THE WAY ON CHRISTMAS MONTH I HAVE KIDS, they are refusing to pay me anything more than £200, terrible customer service, I WILL NOT QUIT TILL MY MONEY IS PAID OR THEY ARE SHUT DOWN, please the more reports to gamble commission the better they are aware of the shittynes they are bringing on their customers i have been a customer for nearly 10 years!!!!”

“Won some money on 2 nd Nov still waitin for them to sent it to be keep gettin told different things by different members of staff eg my call at 17.30 last night well the banking team as finished now my call at 09.00 this morning they was an update 13 hrs ago witch to my is 8pm last night when yesterday I got told they wasn't an update since 5th November when another member a staff told me they was so they really don't no who sayin what”

“I found with mFortune that if it was a small stake on slots u would win but as soon as you increased you stake you stopped winning. Sometimes the amount you have to wager on a bonus is also to high. Although the site does pay out quickly if your lucky enough to win.”

“What went wrong... Page isn't long enough to tell you what went wrong.. Customer service in the wrong job... Tried to tell me that my bank procedure is all wrong.. 1-5 working days for money to go in... 2 days max.my Bank tells me if processed before 3.00pm then same day... After 3.00pm then the next day so obviously there is a problem with my bank... Yeah right we know who has the problem do t we. But how do you explain another customer getting told after they followed all the t&c's managing getting to wagering requirements making a small deposit then asking to withdraw money then getting told oh sorry we have voided your withdrawal because you have another account in breach of regulations. Even though this person has only ever had one email address(which was set up for him a few weeks ago). And he has lived at the same address for 15 years now there's a coincidence. Mfortune and all their affiliates are nothing but conmen who deserve everything they get. All the 5 star reviews are by people who get paid to give them 5 star reviews which ironically is with everybody else's money.”

“Played through my bonus was told I had £280 withdrawable cash. Withdrew £200 as it says on their t+c's next day I was asked to contact them, when I contacted was told that the £200 was voided as I had another account and was told bonus only available on 1st account. I asked them to provide me with details of first account but because I didn't pass security(apparently other account had different address) they wouldn't give me details but how can you pass security on an account that you know nothing about. Anyway sent email to gaming commission with screenshot of everything so hopefully these scammers will get shutdown.”

“Won £1290 on my account, worked through wagering requirements and earned it fairly. I was told they were only paying me £200, because it was won off free spins, checked mFortune terms and conditions, and it states that max withdrawal for sign up promotion of free money or free spins is £200. I’ve been a customer for years, so didn’t get my free spins from sign up. Biggest rip off people going AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!”
