“ I got sent out items that didn’t work. I contacted customer service and was asked to send them back using their printed label, which I did. This was 3 months ago. I haven’t gotten any contact since. Avoid this company ”

“ Can't through on the phone, tried so far 50 times to try and cancel an order that was for next day deliver but they charged me nearly 20 euros for this service and sent by ordinary post and now it's delayed. ”

I sent an email 7 days ago to Micks Garage requesting information about my order and received an automated response that led nowhere ....7 days along and have tried to call and according to the automated message they are "not taking telephone calls...." so I have emailed yet again only to receive the same automated message as before. I just wish that I have never used this company - far too stressful and frustrating .... an extremely poor service that leaves me wondering ”
