“I'm happy with the microscope and the service but there may be an issue with a lens. When focusing in and out there is a pattern that looks like fine cracking that appears at one setting. I have not started using the Microscope yet, I just did a quick check when it arrived. I am about to start the Microscopy course at the Soil Food Web and will investigate further when I start using it.”

“The product was perfect and the packaging was effective in protecting the microscope. However, soon aafter I ordered it I received an email saying they were packing my order, and that they would email me again when the product was dispatched. That second email never came.”

“Product details are up to the point and the website's layout is user-friendly. Would had been great if one could create an account and track the deliveries using the website instead of having to install a 3rd party app which is then trying to bombard you with all the ads.”
