“I recently bought a Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop set and I am amazed by it. I am a programmer and spend at least 8 hours a day using these devices and I have never felt this comfortable. It just feels so natural that it now becomes clearly uncomfortable to use a more "traditional" set. There are of course a few things that I would have different (particularly I would add some more media keys and a FN button) but the comfort offered by the set is so good that I don't mind missing a thing or two from more traditional settings.”

“I would like to say that I am VERY happy that the Microsoft music subscription it is very easy to cancle if you wish and easy to find. I will re-join at some point but not now for my own reasons. My only fault with Microsoft is that they do not have a easy to find e-mail address to contact them.”

“The Microsoft store took my computer. Stated there was a virus. The technicians kept changing. Took twice as long as predicted and one technician didn't know what the other had done. Result was they lost all my data. To date I continue to have to recreate my files. The final technician who was very good couldn't understand how they lost everything. Took my prior computer and transferred that data. However, 18 months of data was missing. If they had one technician work on my computer, it would have worked much better. It's costing me hours to recreate my files. Nobody knows why, who and how all my files were deleted. Horrible.!! Would not recommend!! And you can't get appointments with the technician you would like. Really bad experience. Would not recommend.”

“Rubbish Service from the after sales warranty team The battery on my surface book2 broke after a couple of years. ( just outside my warranty). i then purchased a new computer via the warranty program but this came with only a 3 month warranty. in month four the same battery problem arose and microsoft only offer to buy a new computer with no desire to fix it. so in a nutsell: terrible battery life on Surface book2 and even worse client service”

“This site is horrible. I bought a $5 app and can't download it without using a Microsoft account. Who thought of this? Also, the need to use the Microsoft Authenticator for everthing is another horrible idea. This whole experience is going to cost way more than the $5 spent for the app. I'm going to do my best to never buy another app from the Microsoft Store!!!”
