This was thanks in large part to all the of the free online guides on the migrate website, which were invaluable when putting our application together and I also purchased their DIY supporting document template pack.
This pack saved me so much time and headaches having to figure out what the home office needed from us as the documentation on the government website is confusing when it comes to knowing exactly what you need to provide. The Migrate document pack has a brilliant checklist that you can go through to keep you on track and templates of all documents needed for your application, we just did a little tweaking here and there to the wording to make them sound less generic and more personal, it saved us many hours of hard work having to come up with how to word all these in the correct way.
I can't say enough about how helpful this company is, I had several follow up questions regarding our visa once I purchased the pack over many months and they would always come back to me, offer me advice, even recommending a company to use for our housing report when I couldn't find anyone who would do it for us... Migrate actually care about your application and that you're successful.
