Like what has already been mentioned in past reviews, this pack is very comprehensive, easy to follow, and easy to understand. We were quite overwhelmed by the information on the UK.gov website and this DIY pack took away the stress of having to pore through pages and pages of legalese. If it weren't for the pack, we would have been really lost. Jason, our caseworker, was very helpful and professional answering our questions. He gave us very clear instructions and advice in moving forward when we felt stuck in the process. The great news is I got my visa and will be traveling to the UK on March 8.
