“Scam- took £475 then stopped responding to emails to arrange a call for advice on our application
Scammed out of money. Paid £475 for checking spouse application which was supposed to include a check report and then an in detail 1 hour call with Ed. Recieved the check report - which is incredibly basic and high level (not at all worth it if you have purchased checklist ) then tried to set up call with Ed to be told he was on leave, then told we could speak to someone else but when we tried to arrange a date they ignored all our emails - sent 4 or 5 emails suggesting dates and times. No answer, and since then all our emails ignored asking for the call or money back or to find a resolution ignored (by a person named Jason). Very disappointing as I am also a civil servant so feels sad getting scammed by an ex civil servant who wants to profit off people's suffering ro get a visa and £475 is a large amount of money to be ripped off for. NWill try to escalate further so we can get our money back but a very stressful and dissapointing experience”
Dear Kate,
Please can you check that you have been emailing us at the correct email address (hello@migrate.org.uk)?
The last email that we received from you (requesting a callback) is dated 2 December 2022. I responded to this email the next working day asking for your availability, but we have unfortunately not received any emails from either you or Abubakari since.
Whilst I appreciate your frustration at not receiving a response, I can assure you that we have not ignored any of your emails. As many of our clients can attest to, I am rather OCD with keeping our email inbox clear and as a result, 99%+ of emails are answered within 1 working day.
I have emailed you and your husband as we really want to make things right.
Kind regards,
Jason Capper-Tan.
