“I ordered two art pieces from Millwood. I love the turtle I ordered. Saw it in the Marriott, which led me to Millwood Art. I ordered a custom piece of a “sea oat” picture I took. I took the effort to email them the photo and asked for the photo to be cropped a certain way and to verify it with me first. The verification never happened. I received the sea oat art piece and it failed to include the part of the photo I was focusing on. My review is poor because of this. Very disappointing.”

“Overall I was unimpressed with the product. Based on the pictures and the price, I believed it was going to be a engraved or machined piece of wood. This is just a piece of pine with a high quality sticker put on it. It is my fault that I didn't look into it more but I'm not really happy with the product based on it costing $70 plus”

“I purchased a large print of the Appalachian Trail. The print was beautiful, but the piece of wood used for the print was in bad shape. There was a bad place in the wood almost like it was rotten. Unfortunately before I could get it hung up, it was knocked and split down the middle. I did take pictures of the bad spot in the wood.”

“Communication was great, shipping was great and quick. The actual product unfortunately was very blurry and it was hard to see the towns we visited. My husband was disappointed in his gift.”

“Very disappointed. I purchased the Appalachian Trail map looking forward to seeing all the little towns the trail passed-by. Unfortunately all the details were blurry and not legible. I have kept it because of the hassle of returning it. Very dissapointed.”
