“It would have been nice if the font chosen for our Englewood Florida sign wasin proportion, I thought it was the picture but that is exactly how it came. (squashed)”

“First time purchaser. Poor quality control on hanging bracket - off center and crooked. Embarrassing when given as a gift. You online reviews don't reveal disappointing reviews. Company integrity is in question.”

“I bought a bunch of different maps of state parks on the same day. I was less than thrilled with this one. It looked quite cheaply made and not finished. I would never hang as it came. I sanded and threw several coats of polyurethane. For end outcome I would have spent $50 plus. Live and learn. A few extra minutes made it special. My vote is fair.”

“I ordered a second mountain scene to go with the one I purchased with the bear on it. I was disappointed that the one with the bear looked distressed and I wanted the 2nd one to match, but the second one came and did not have the distressed look”

“The plaque is acceptable. I was surprised that the sides and the back were just unfinished wood. It needs some paint or stain to make it complete. I will be doing that to my plaque to finish it off.”

“The art work was great but the piece was missing two to three inches of the tail (I didn't catch this in the picture, my fault I guess) Can't understand why you'd make a beautiful piece and leave off the tail???? It would have been super if finished.”

We are sorry your piece is delayed in shipping. Unfortunately, we can promise to get the orders out in time, but all Shipping Carriers are having a tough time due to an influx in Christmas shipping and vaccine shipping! “the outside edges need to be painted (the 3/4"sides and top bottom).the bare wood edges dont look good when its hung on the wall.”
