Avoid this company like the plague, ordered a dress for a prom which should have arrived within 3 to 6 days - 3 weeks later and after the prom the most shockingly poor quality dress arrived. Company are refusing to give a refund.

Do not buy from Milly Bridal, as they have the worse customer service. They seem decently priced compared to other companies, but it's because their dresses are made from cheap material. The reason their Customer Service is terrible is because I had purchased a dress and purchased a 2 day rush shipping on it. After 9 days of seeing the dress pending on their site, I contacted customer support to cancel the order. Once I sent the request I received a notification that the dress is now "shipped". I spoke to a Customer Support agent and told her to not ship the item, as I'd rather be refunded due to the dress not going to arrive on time. The Support Agent said, "just wait for the dress. It should get there soon". I said, please don't ship it as I will just return it, as you didn't honor the 2 day shipping policy. She replied, "its already shipped, you now need to wait for it to arrive". I did receive the dress a few days later, but we were very dissatisfied as they didn't ship the correct size, the material felt cheap, and the occasion to wear the dress already passed. Therefore, I attempted to return the dress, but they said, "Once a dress is shipped, there are no returns, no refunds". I tried to let them know about the 2-day shipping and they said, "it is shipped two days", without acknowledging it wasn't shipped when I ordered it. This went on for 5 weeks, and I put in an international complaint, since they ship out of Honk Kong and their headquarters are in Britain. They didn't even blink an eye, other than saying, "do what you want to do. We have a no return, no refund policy". I then told them I would write many negative reviews and they said, "so sorry to hear that". So far I have tagged them on 3 years worth of Instagram photo's and multiple places like this, and they don't care. It just shows that they don't care at all about their customers, even if it loses them business. They are super prideful, and will not admit to mistakes, issues, errors, and will not give any refunds despite how wrong they are. Since they are located outside of the US their CS hours are from 9pm - 4am, so it's impossible to talk to someone live. My hope is that no one else has to live through this horrible experience, and that they lose business because of their lack of compassion and empathy to the customers.

I wish I could give them zero stars! My daughter bought a dress believing this was a UK site. The dress was expensive and took over 2 months to arrive. When it came it was awful - really stained and the quality was terrible. It was the wrong colour and did not fit, even though we sent measurements. They will not refund. They are a complete Joke.

My daughter prom dress was supposed to be delivered on April 28th and her prom was May 6th. Dress was delivered on May 10th I have reached out to customer service numerous times to return the dress and get a refund. I'm reporting to the BBB. Please get your dresses elsewhere because the unprofessionalism is just rampant with this company.

Ordered for daughters prom. Dress arrived bright green and meant to be hunter green which is dark green. Website shows dark green in colour. Hunter green is described on any website as dark green. Milly bridal has said that they have sent what they see as being a dress that is hunter green. It is not the colour that we ordered. They will not exchange or refund. Appalling really as my daughter won't wear the dress. 110 pounds wasted. Plan on trying to claim from PayPal

Milly bridal DO NOT USE Shockingly bad. Paid £25 delivery 3/6 days it took a month to come. Did not order custom made dress. Ordered size from online. Cannot return. No returns policy!! Terrible quality.

If I could give less than one star I would. The communication with this company is terrible. My daughter ordered a prom dress two month ago and they PROMISED to have it here by June 2, 2022. It is now June 6, 2022 my daughters prom is in two days and the dress is STILL in China. (Which originally I was told it was being shipped from America...lie). I should have checked this site. That is on me. But this company is horrible. DO NOT order please.......if you do you will be so disappointed and now I have a daughter who is very stressed about finding some in two days. Horrible, horrible, place.

I found a dress that I loved for my bridesmaid dresses and luckily only ordered one just to be sure it would be ok! The dress provided was pink instead of the burnt orange as advertised and a totally different design to the one advertised. I called to return within the 7days as advertised and advised that the dresses are handmade to order (lie) and they would not refund. After numerous emails they agreed to 30% refund and I keep the dress as it is no use to them. This was just bought as a size 14 not custom sizes. No refund has been received! They are falsely advertising and took £95 for me money for a dress that I cannot use at all! I wish I had read reviews before buying from this company. I would like to provide pictures so you can see how different the dresses are. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT PURCHASE A DRESS FROM MILLYBRIDAL.COM!!!! Horrible customer service! My daughter bought a dress for homecoming dance and chose a size 2 based on their online measurement chart. The dress arrived and was WAY too large in the bust. Took several attempts to reach customer service. We emailed a photo of the dress and requested a return and refund. MillyBridal came back and said the dress my daughter ordered was "made to order" and cannot be returned. "Because all of our dresses are made to order, please understand that items that do not fit properly but in accordance with the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged, It is also listed on our return policy:"- MillyBridal We did not give specific measurements for the dress we purchased, we simply chose a pre-designated size on their website. This company is extremely misleading and no one should purchase from them!!! BUYER BEWARE

Complete scam!!!! Paid extra for a custom sized dress.. Received totally wrong dress! Tried on out of desperation and the wrong dress was huge. Emailed company and days later got a broken English response....I emailed and emailed only to get the same response each time. Refund was refused. Luckily my daughter found another dress. Do not waste your money or time!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I frankly wasted money on this company to receive a poorly made cheap looking dress. It didn’t even come in time for me to be able to wear it to the event it was for. Upon trying to return the dress (which has never been worn) I’ve had no luck and they keep saying that their returns department will get back to me. AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!! Don’t waste your time with this sham of a company, £120 down the drain and nothing to show but shabby fabric and rubbish customer service!!!!

I will echo what many are saying here. They have no automated way to cancel an order online. And will only give you a full refund if you cancel in the first 24 hours. And because they are in Hong Kong, not the UK, by the time you cancel an order they will argue that it has been over 24 hours. I am literally having to have time zone discussions to get my money back. STAY AWAY

DO NOT BUY FROM Dresses are made in China and are awful quality. Paid £20 express delivery but took over a week to get here. Everything about this company is just shocking!! STAY AWAY!!!!

My daughters prom dress was said to arrive by April 12. Today is prom day, April 21st. According to the tracking site, the dress left California today. We live in Georgia. Pleas do not order from this company. It’s not worth the heart break. My daughter is devastated.

AVOID this website! AVOID this website!! I didn’t even want to give them 1 star! £120 in total for a dress which I cancelled the day after ordering to them saying that I would get a refund and that they wouldn’t ship it out. which didn’t happen then they still posted it anyway the dress still arrived but 6 days after my event! - and not only that the dress stank of fish! No return label or anything! They are refusing for me to return the dress! Im Still trying through PayPal for help but so far no luck at all! I honestly would definitely avoid this website!

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter from Milly Bridal. The dress I ordered was a standard size from their website, not a custom order. I paid $25 for 3-4 day shipping. After not receiving shipping confirmation after a week, I contacted them and was told that they custom make all their dresses. Wouldn’t it be nice to know that upfront and not be mislead with the fast shipping listed? I believe they do that because their return policy on custom made dresses is “no returns”. 5 weeks later, I have received my daughters dress. She missed both of the dances she was supposed to go to because she didn’t have a dress. The dress isn’t even high quality. Their measuring tape must be in a different measurement system that what their sizing information says. I bought a size with measurements that would fit a size D chest. If she wear a size B, we could maybe squeeze her chest into it if she was willing to not breathe while she wore it. Do NOT buy from this company.

Do not order a dress from this company. They have a zero return policy, which means you're screwed if there are any issues. And do not pay for any expedited shipping costs, as they will not honor it. We ordered a prom dress on 3/11/21 and added expedited shipping. I checked back on 3/16/11 to cancel as we hadn't received the dress, as it showed "pending" in the shipping status. We needed the dress by the 17th, which is why we paid for expedited shipping. That night I get a "shipping confirmation" notice that they shipped it despite my request to cancel, so I spoke to a customer service agent named, Ashley. I asked for a full refund because they didn't honor the 2 day shipping and that if they shipped it that I wanted a return label to ship it back. She replied, "wait for the dress." I contacted them back every day saying I don't want the dress because they didn't honor the expedited shipping. I received the dress on the 19th, and requested the refund and return shipping. After we received the dress, the fabric was cheap and itchy, and is poorly made. The "admin" at customer service said, "we are afraid there has no delay caused. You placed the order on March 11th, we put it in rush order for free and sent it out on March 15th, then the parcel has been delivered on March 19. You may check the tailoring and shipping time we stayed on the dress page, sorry we can't accept this free refund, please understand." Don't do business with these people. I'll be reposting this every few days, until the issue is resolved.

Dress arrived and didn't look how it did in the pictures online. Completely see-through when this wasn't the case in photos. They won't accept returns either so completely ripped off.
