“Do not buy from here they refused to give me my money and dress looks nothing like online at all look at the online pics and look at the pics customer service sent me and to top it off said 3 to 6 days delivery and took 2 weeks”

I am writing this review to warn other people of purchasing from Millybridal. My 17 year old daughter bought a formal dress at a cost of £85. First of all delivery was late, then when she received the garment within 30 minutes of trying it on, she requested a refund. The standard of the dress is horrendous, I can only describe it as if a pupil made it in a school Home Economics project. Such poor quality. Request was denied because apparently they "make dresses to order only". I refuse to believe this. They responded to my daughter & myself both with the exact same automated emails. On their terms & conditions it states a refund request should be initiated within 7 days & still they refuse it. I believe this to be A SCAM. Please avoid this company at all costs if one wishes to avoid such disappointment of a dream dress & be out the sum of a lot money.”

“Awful. I’d give no stars if there was an option to. We ordered a standard dress and double checked the size per charts, a total different color and size came to us and the company is refusing to let us return, claiming it was a custom order which it was not. Definitely don’t buy, it’s a scam.”

“DO NOT PURCHASE A DRESS FROM MILLYBRIDAL.COM!!!! Horrible customer service! My daughter bought a dress for homecoming dance and chose a size 2 based on their online measurement chart. The dress arrived and was WAY too large in the bust. Took several attempts to reach customer service. We emailed a photo of the dress and requested a return and refund. MillyBridal came back and said the dress my daughter ordered was "made to order" and cannot be returned. "Because all of our dresses are made to order, please understand that items that do not fit properly but in accordance with the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged, It is also listed on our return policy:"- MillyBridal We did not give specific measurements for the dress we purchased, we simply chose a pre-designated size on their website. This company is extremely misleading and no one should purchase from them!!! BUYER BEWARE”

“Complete scam!!!! Paid extra for a custom sized dress.. Received totally wrong dress! Tried on out of desperation and the wrong dress was huge. Emailed company and days later got a broken English response....I emailed and emailed only to get the same response each time. Refund was refused. Luckily my daughter found another dress. Do not waste your money or time!!!!!”

“Dress did not look at all as pictured. It had numerouse flaws on it. The dress was unwearable and looked like a child had made it. I sent pictures and was refused a full refund. Do NOT buy from this company.”

“If I could give them a 0 i would. This company is horrible to deal with. Many days between communication when trying to get status of order. I measured my daughter and ordered per the chart the dress came and was so big on her. They refused to refund me anything. Poor customer service told me I measure wrong. But every other dress she tried on in the size fit perfect. Poor customer service. Poor refund policy. Horrible experience. Do not order here.”

“Like the others, I STRONGLY recommend avoiding them. We purchased a hoco dress for my daughter, followed the sizing guide, only to receive it and have the shoulder straps be so tight they left red marks after just a few minutes and it was painfully unwearable. Clearly, the sizing guide doesn't address height differences, but they are refusing the return anyway. Not to mention, we received. no shipping notice, they use some generic gmail account for communicating, and I opened two tickets on their website for the return, both of which they failed to respond to and I had to find the 'Linda smith' dressesofgirl@gmail.com account and try that to get a response instead.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. THE DRESSES ARE VERY CHEAP. THEY DO NOT GIVE OUT REFUNDS AT ALL WHEN YOU REQUESTED THE DRESSES FOR A SPECIAL DATE AND THEY ARRIVAL AFTER THAT DATE. YOU CAN CALL ME 702-277-7399”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I frankly wasted money on this company to receive a poorly made cheap looking dress. It didn’t even come in time for me to be able to wear it to the event it was for. Upon trying to return the dress (which has never been worn) I’ve had no luck and they keep saying that their returns department will get back to me. AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!! Don’t waste your time with this sham of a company, £120 down the drain and nothing to show but shabby fabric and rubbish customer service!!!!”

“I will echo what many are saying here. They have no automated way to cancel an order online. And will only give you a full refund if you cancel in the first 24 hours. And because they are in Hong Kong, not the UK, by the time you cancel an order they will argue that it has been over 24 hours. I am literally having to have time zone discussions to get my money back. STAY AWAY”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CHARLATANS I bought 2 dresses from these people as I was in between sizes and I bought the colour that I thought I needed for my wedding dress and now I am stuck with 2 dresses that I can’t use, spent £332 which I’m not getting back. They won’t have the dresses back. Customer service is a joke - they are repeating themselves over and over and coming to no conclusion nor is there any sense of responsibility towards the customer and how it affects them. By law you can have a full refund and the goods retuned within 14 days but they don’t seem to realise this that the law overrides their refund policy. Do not buy from these people. They are charlatans and only care about getting your money and not customer care, support or satisfaction.”
