“My CBD oil arrived on time & well packaged. Unfortunately since ordering oil I have been prescribed a course of antibiotics & steroids which I want to complete before using oil. I'm really hoping that once I start using oil my aches & pains will be eased 🤞. Will definitely recommend Mindful Extracts.”

“I didn’t know what to expect but it has certainly eased my anxiety and helped me sleep , I have only been using it for a short while so very looking forward to further improvement. Also when I asked some questions Donal was extremely helpful and made time to explain exactly what I should do .”

“Love this product. I started on the 5% CBD oil and when that ran out I decided to go for the 10%. This has worked wonders for me. The 5% helped my anxiety but with this one I literally wake up each morning wondering where my anxiety has gone. So pleased and grateful that I came across this company. The products have made such a difference.”

Hi Ann, so sorry to learn you had an upset stomach. CBD oil is very potent, and of course most obviously an oil cold pressed from plant matter - which can a bit too rich for some. Best advice is to take after a meal so the stomach isn't empty. It's also important to check contra-indications with any other medicines or supplements as this can also be the source of unwanted side effects. Although we don't supply them, perhaps you could try CBD patches to help with sleep so no need for sublingual use. Best wishes :)

“I have suffered with episodic migraine for 35 years. During peri menopause I developed chronic migraine. I have tried numerous lifestyle changes, supplements and prescription drugs over the years. This includes the most recent medications developed specifically for migraine, CGRP inhibitors etc. I believe that CBD oil has helped me more than anything else. I am more relaxed and mindful, I have patience again! I notice often how much more like my old self I am, especially with my children. This means I am more resilient and better able to deal with stress, which is a migraine trigger. The number of migraines I now experience is significantly less. Thank you so much for producing such a life changing product!”
