Takes at least 40mins to get through and then the person on the phone either apologies and says they don't know why it hasn't been done or that the person I spoke to previously has done it wrong.
It's the last thing you need after a crash.
They don't return calls or emails, in fact there's no contact at all unless I've phoned them.

“DO NOT USE, NOT TO BE TRUSTED. I have had nothing but trouble communicating and getting anywhere, it has taken 4 and a half months since my consultants appointment to still not have one and it will take a minimum of a month more to get the mess up of information I do have complete at addition costs using there special orthopaedic consultant. I have been lied to, miss communicated with, left in the dark, totally had over by this rabble of un professional idiots. they can stick the claim I'm not interested any more they have worn me out, made me ill and totally savaged me with miss information. PLEASE AVOID THE COMPANY AND PREMEX”
