“As i am the Head Chef at a famous London resturant i need Knives that stay sharper for longer without having to constantly get the steel out , the damascus steel Sunnecko Knives from Minty Melons really do stay sharp leaving us more time to prepare our dishes, 15 days delivery but very much worth the wait, Thank you very much.”

“I ordered a sweatshirt for a birthday present from here. It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received a tracking order to say it’s been dispatched, which I think is a ridicous amount of time for something I could have gotten else where. So, I emailed them twice enquiring about the item and I eventually got a response the second time. Michael who dealt with me was very nice and helpful in explaining it was because of Chinese New Year and that’s why it had been Delayed. All I wanted was a simple response like that in the first place instead of not knowing what the problem was. Overall, I feel that they should have informed me of this delay as soon as I placed an order or put something up on the website stating that this may be an issue just to inform people. However, saying that I’m happy with how that dealt with the issue and probably provided me with better customer service than most places.”

Hi Helena, there has been a delay in dispatch due to the Chinese New Year, we have replied to both emails that you sent (Please check your spam), we sent you emails explaining that this item is Being dispatched from Hong Kong and is delayed due to the Chinese New Year from the 28th of January to the 12th of February, we have processed a full refund back to your card and when your item when it arrives it will be free of charge, we apologise for any inconvenience caused, if we can do anything else to help please do not hesitate to call us on 0800 368 7770, best regards, Michael

“I ordered two phone cases on 29th January and had a little issue with them. But the reason why I give them a 5-star rating now is that because after my review here they called me up in about 5 minutes and apologised for the problems and told me that my order gonna arrive in time and explained it to me what happened. To be fair this is the first time that customer service was this great and fast to solve a problem for me if something happened. I`m really happy that I order from them and gonna do so in the future as well. Good job WDF Team!!”

“I ordered a heated jacket for my granddaughter for Christmas but unfortunately did not take into account the fact that she is Autistic and tends to 'fiddle' with things and my son and daughter in law thought it was an excellent idea but it was not suitable for her. I therefore returned the coat explaining this problem and Minty Melons immediately dealt with my request and refunded my money in full. I would recommend them to anyone.”
