“My third purchase from Minty Melons so i thought i would leave a review, my first order had an issue which was corrected instantly, the customer service was above and beyond, my second 2 purchases were without fault, it's nice to see a family business, delivery is a little slow but worth the wait, i would give 4 and a half stars but i edged on to 5 , thank you to Michael in customer support as he was very helpful. you will see me again, thank you very much.”

“Beware this is a slow service. Item was ordered 8 days ago and I have still not been sent a dispatch email. Spoke to Sam, who advises me it may be another week before it is dispatched and then I should allow 12 days for shipping. Apprently the order may be effected by Easter (still 3 days away). As long as you are not in a hurry this may still be a company for you.”

“It’s been 4 weeks and I have still not received my phone case order. Very bad company service every time I email theme about my product I get no response just waiting till my order comes and I willl never ever order anything from here Minty melons responded back and they are giving us a refund and the product free of charge and giving us the product service is good as they respond back”

Hi, we have tried calling twice to no avail, customer service is our number one priority, your waiting time is unacceptable, we have tracked your parcel and it will be with you in a few days, in the meantime because you have had a much longer than normal wait we have processed a FULL REFUND back to your original form of payment also when the items arrive you can keep them FREE of charge, we hope we have rectified your query, if we can help any further please 0800 368 7770 Monday to Friday, best regards, Ahmad

“Waited a while for the light and wifi bulbs but well worth it , WOO HOO , boys and toys :), this is the second time i have used Minty Melons, first time for a painting which arrived next day but this baby took nearly 3 weeks, still happy, thankyou”

“This is the fourth time I am contacting them with no response. I just want a refund as my item never arrived. Bad setup, bad customer service, clearly no CRM system. Why is everything from China? Dropshipping isn't a sustainable model guys...”

“Still waiting for a refund! Were helpful to start and said I could return an kindle cover, but been waiting ages for the refund. Tried emailing but reply said I had to direct elsewhere, but it’s not clear where! Has now been resolved quickly since raising on here, so happy now as refund is on its way.”

“Today is 42 days that I ordered my phone case and still I don't see when and if it will arrive. I wonder why this company doesn't make clear how long it will take in average to receive an item before the item is actually ordered. UPDATE 25/03/2019 My purchase has been refunded and it has been stated the item has been sent again, up to here is very good, the only missing part is that they should be more proactively working on the delivery speed.”

“Although the parcel took 22 days to arrive, I cannot fault this company. Immediate reply upon chasing and very helpful. I was even told a refund would be given and to keep the item when it arrived. The item I ordered was also very good quality. Excellent customer service and good quality item. Worth the wait.”

“Can’t comment on item yet as have not received it. Something to bear in mind when ordering from this website is items are sent from other countries so take time to arrive. However after contacting them they replied quickly and resolved my issue so am happy with the service I received. I would order from them again but in plenty of time.”
