“I bought the 4N1 on Amazon last year and I wish I did more research on this chair because there are other companies more knowledgeable and reliable than Miracle Mobility. I had to contact another company that sells the 4N1 for info on how to remove the battery for airplane safety and finally gave up and bought a Pride to travel with. Angel was no help and customer service was a nightmare. I wish I could get my money back!”

“Year one the arm holding the controller broke. This is a very weak link. Year two of ownership, outside warranty, paid over $1000 to replace the “brain box”. Serious repairs after not a lot of use. Would not but another. I’ll stick with Pride Mobility products. They are made better.”

“These BOZOS NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES OR RESPOND TO ANY E-MAILS I HAVE SENT. DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!”
