The box was fun but I honestly was a little disappointed. I thought it would have more custom things but it had a lot of objects that I already had. I didnt really need more makeup brushes or mirrors, etc. I did like the hair pins that are meant for your wedding day. I'm hoping the next one will have more customized things. I also noticed that a lot of the items were definitely glam style so if you're not into the shiny, super girly things then it may not be a great option for you.

i have received i think 6 boxes and i’m not too crazy about them..i feel as if they should do a personality test or something before sending out the forst box because honestly 75% of the stuff i’m never going to use or touch..

Only got to get 5 of 6 boxes due to timing delay. And things didn’t fit or work like they should have.

Most of the items the bride already has and weren't all that exciting. However, it came quicky, customer service was speedy&helpful and the items were of good quality.

I feel like items are mostly western traditions. It would be nice if different cultural aspects would have been taken into consideration

Some of the boxes were great and had good quality items. Other boxes were very disappointing and seemed very cheap.

For the price I was honestly expecting a little more out of my first box. I’m keeping my subscription for one more box before I decide if I’m going to cancel or not

The box is super cute. Some of the items are not the best quality, but they’re fun to use none the less. Worth the money I believe!

My friend and I didn't know what bridal box subscription to go with, so I went with Miss to Mrs and she went with another company. Needless to say, she will be switching to Miss to Mrs after receiving her first box. Everything was super cute, and I was really excited when my first box arrived! I will add that one of the pens stopped working which bummed me out because it wrote well. Excited to see what my second box has in store. This is a nice little pick me up as most brides are having issues due to COVID. A little reminder to stay positive and excited knowing that you are getting married to the love of your life.

I was a little sad that I saw similar type stuff at my local dollar store. I appreciate the treat when it comes but then I think of the money that i put towards it. I am looking forward to getting my future packages tho. Thank you 💗

The pens don't work properly and the seal fell off of the mug. Other than that, the box is decent.

I find the boxes really exciting! However, not all boxes relate to me. I was upset by the arrival of the "Weight Loss" box. I plan to be the healthiest I can be for my wedding, but "Sweating for the Wedding" is not appropriate. All other boxes were fun.

Some of the products are kinda poor quality. Also, who only has rose gold jewelry?? Sometimes I also pay for my next box before I’ve even gotten the month before. I love getting the boxes, don’t get me wrong, but sometimes it’s really frustrating.

The Bridal subscription industry is a fun one. Brides should feel loved and cared for when they open each box. Everything had been great until my latest box hasn't arrived yet. Payment was made on June 2nd. And it's now June 26th. 👎

We completely understand your disappointment! We're sending boxes, as usual, and then we just waiting for updates as same as you. We are in contact DAILY with our shipping partner and they have created an FAQ page as well to try to answer some questions: https://www.pitneybowes.com/us/ecommerce/newgistics.html This is the first time we are faced with such a problem and we hope that this will not happen again. We respect all our customers and if there will be no update in the tracking info in a few days, we will reship this Box for free! Please accept our apologies that it worked out this way!

I really pray that all the other bride to be’s get to enjoy this subscription and receive their boxes with no issues. I have yet to receive my May box and it’s June 23rd. No one has helped and no one can tell me when I’m going to receive it. They also charged me a shipping fee on reordering the box they never sent. Which to me isn’t fair. I got my first three boxes just fine, & now it’s like after the third everything just went down hill. I paid for the 6 box subscription and so far only received three. I get married in September and it’s not looking like I’m even going to get the last couple before my wedding which is a huge let down.

We want to assure you that your order has been shipped and everyone is working around the clock to make sure its delivered. In cases we get confirmation that your order is indeed lost, we will re-ship you a box free of charge.

Ima be honest, I thought it would be better quality stuff in the boxes. First box I got a planner and a count down thing which was awesome, I didn’t care for anything else in it. And that box burned in my house fire so I lost those anyways. And then I just got second box today and I only like 2 things in it. Everything has been super plain and poor quality. I’m hoping they get better! It’s expensive subscription and I did a 6 month one.

I haven't received my box yet, but I also do not know when it will arrive. I did not receive a notification about my shipment until 4 days after it was received by a USPS facility, and even then, I was not given an expected delivery date. However, a representative was able to give me a tracking number before then, and was very friendly in doing so! I'm sure I will love the box when it is delivered...just wish I knew when that will be.

We're extremely sorry for a such long delay with the tracking update and delivery of your order. It's the first time we have an issue like this. We have already contacted our partner in order to get any update on when all our shipments will return to normal. Our partner carrier experienced data delays in the transmission of milestones to USPS tracking, unfortunately, it's not under our control. We're taking all possible actions to improve performance for all future shipments.
