“Absolutely disappointed, the customer service at Mr Olympia Shop is so unprofessional, they expect us to trust them in their products but they don't expect to trust us on our delivery address. They will literally gaslight you that they never made a mistake but blame it on the UPS instead of taking ownership and acting professional. So disappointed.”

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration and are sorry that this shipment resulted in such a disappointing experience. As of August 20, we have reviewed the case in detail, and the resolution is now in its final stage. Based on the information available to us, the issue occurred during the carrier’s processing of the shipment rather than during the preparation of the order. While our ability to control a package once it enters the carrier network is limited, we do not consider that a reason to leave a customer without a resolution. For us, the order is not complete until it is delivered or the situation is resolved fairly. In accordance with our policy, we have already reshipped the order and are currently waiting for the replacement shipment to be delivered. We hope it arrives shortly and that the final resolution will better reflect the level of service we aim to provide.

Update — September 14: We wanted to add a final update to our previous response. Since our last message, the situation has been fully followed up on with the customer. According to the customer, the issue has now been resolved successfully. We’re glad that we were able to bring the case to a proper conclusion and that the customer ultimately received a resolution after the difficulties with the shipment. We understand that the original review was written at a time when the situation was still unresolved, so we wanted to make sure the final outcome is also reflected here for anyone reading this later. We have also reached out to the customer directly and asked whether they would be willing to update their review based on the final result of the case. We appreciate the customer’s patience throughout the process and are glad that the issue was resolved in the end.
