“I received my products, no problem there. My issue with them is that they seem more interested in new clients instead of taking take of the loyal ones. I've been buying there for years and they constantly increase shipping costs and only offer free shipping to NEW customers.”

It's possible there may be some confusion, and we'd be happy to clarify. As for free shipping promotions, we actually don’t offer this type of discount—not even for new customers. However, we regularly send exclusive coupon codes and offers to our regular customers via email, and we encourage you to check your inbox to confirm this.
