Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. After seeing your review, we reached out to you directly to better understand what happened. We appreciate you getting back to us and providing additional details, and we’d like to clarify the situation here as well. The issue was related to Prim 100 and Retaros from Pharmacom brand, which you were unable to successfully verify through the manufacturer’s verification website. We take any concerns regarding product authenticity very seriously, so we reviewed this from our side as well. The verification codes currently available to us for these same products are being accepted correctly by the manufacturer’s system. Based on the information we have, we therefore cannot confirm that there was an authenticity issue with the products themselves. There can be different reasons why a verification attempt does not go through, such as damage to part of the code when removing the protective layer or an issue during the verification process. Unfortunately, since the products were discarded back in May, we are no longer able to inspect the packaging, check the original codes ourselves or determine exactly what happened in this particular case. We completely understand why an unsuccessful verification would raise concerns, and we appreciate the customer taking the time to explain the situation. We only wish we had been able to investigate it while the products and packaging were still available, as this would have allowed us to review everything properly and, if necessary, raise the matter with the supplier or manufacturer. For anyone reading this who ever experiences a similar issue, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team before discarding the product or packaging. Our managers will be happy to help with the verification process, review the available information and answer any questions. We take concerns like this seriously and always want to make sure they are properly investigated and handled as thoroughly as possible.

“Great costumer service. I am not sure if the product is what I ordered. Anavar maybe something else as the real product from doc had no water gains. Order Primo and scared to take it. Probably not the real deal as the price was cheap and primo is hard to find with import issues.”
