“Ordered a valentine dried flower gift which was totally disappointing. Atrocious value for money and very poor quality for a price of £25 + postage. What a rip-off. I am now hoping I can get a refund. I will never deal with them or 'Not on the High Street' again”

“Very poor response to complaint. I ordered a personalised Christmas hamper. When it arrived it looked great and I was happy to give it as a present to a friend. However, when my friend opened the small tin of chocolates she found that they were covered in a white bloom and tasted stale so she threw them away. I contacted the seller who refused to replace them as I didn’t have photographic evidence. I am amazed that, for the very few substandard chocolates contained in the tin, the seller would risk damaging their reputation in this way.”

“I ordered a spotify mug, when it arrived the code would not work at all. They went through all trouble shooting steps with me and rectified the problem to the most satisfactory level, their comms are brilliant. Very happy customer, highly recommended them. And the product is lovely 🙂”

“I recently ordered a personalised vinyl and my mum ordered a 5l personalised keg, both which came from MixPixie and both for my partners 30th. I had a bit of a nightmare when ordering the vinyl as thought this would not come in time and started to worry and they reassured me they would try all they could to get it on time. I have just received the vinyl and could cry at how perfect it is. I cannot thank you enough, my partner is going to absolutely love it and I’m so excited to give it to him. Everything from the ordering process to customer service to delivery for both items have been impeccable and you deserved some praise. I really appreciate this so much and thank you for all the hard work that went into making sure my partner has a 30th birthday he will love and presents he can keep for a lifetime.”

“Not the best experience wanted the pornstar bottle got sent the gin cocktail couldn't be 100% sure if it was my mistake so I just asked for a personalised label so I could stick it on a bottle of pornstar I purchased as the gin cocktail was no use... Label didn't ever come 🤔😢”

“Ordered a customized CD. Placed order on 4th Dec, dispatched the 8th and arrived the 12th. Speedy delivery. CD arrived in perfect condition, cover was exactly as I customized it. The CD played all the songs as expected. Absolutely over the moon with it! I was also able to track my delivery through a link to the Royal Mail sent in an email from MixPixie. CD wasn't too expensive, at just 5 pounds, delivery was about 6 but that's due to me living abroad. I didn't have any need to ask for a refund or deal with customer service so I can't advise there. All in all, I'm very satisfied with my product and would recommend this service.”
