I have bought a sofa 1 Month ago and it should be delivered by then. I tried to call hundred times, no response and they even charged all waiting times on the phone!! I don’t know what to do now. I should sue this company.”

Ordered this one a week ago and purchased another one yesterday that arrived today (with a different company for my kids). My gosh, both are incredibly comfortable. Little to no movement is felt when you your partner enters the bed.”
“These are a very Untrustworthy company. DO NOT WASTE TIME CALLING THEM IT COSTS YOU 45 pence a minute and your on hold for at least half an hour every time. I ordered a pine shelf that they said was in stock and did not arrive. Tried emailing them several times and got no response. Had to call them and was on hold for ages each time, only to be cut off after about half an hour, making you call back again. When I eventually got through they said it was damaged in transit even though it showed it still had not been dispatched. They offered me an unsuitable replacement or refund, so I requested a refund. A lot of hassle and waste of time and then added grief when my phone bill showed £28 in phone calls to them. Would Never recommend them to anyone !”

That's all we ask from you, let us know you have read our email by responding! We understand you may have a lot of emails to get through because you have a lot of angry customers but try and understand from our point of view, how frustrating it is for us when we put our money and our trust in you!”
“Finally have my 3pce suite which took so long to come through. MN Furniture you NEED TO STOP LYING about having these items in stock as all your company does is advertise the goods on BEHALF of the manufacture, all you do is take an order, YOU DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK OR MAKE ANY OF YOUR GOODS ADVERTISED, even courier company stated that you MN Furniture do not have the right to tell customers that goods in stock and delivery within 10 days. As stated in various emails to yourselves that I do believe you are trading ILLEGALLY. As for my suite LOL LOL LOL it was NOT EVEN ONE I ORDERED . WILL NEVER PROMOTE YOUR COMPANY. BAD BUSINESS”
“I purchased a £600 sofa which they informed me they do not actually have or will ever have yet accepted my money. They said they could send an alternative which I agreed to which turned up broken beyond belief. After informing them they offered me less than 1% discount which is outright insulting. Since asking who their legal representatives are for my lawyer and trading and standard they have decided not to reply. If anyone knows who their legal representatives are please do let me know so this can be reported to the correct authorities to ensure others aren’t conned by these cowboys.”

“Do not buy from this company. I ordered a bed, it arrived 4 weeks late and damaged. I immediately contacted the company via email asking for a full refund and the items to be collected. The bed was picked up eventually after 2 weeks of constant emails and getting consumer line involved asking for the same information numerous times. It's 2 weeks later and I still haven't received a refund.
Awful company. Will never buy from them again”

The most appalling customer service, didn’t deliver a mattress when they said they would, didn’t let me know they weren’t going to deliver. I cancelled the order and they were going to charge me for that. They lied and said they’d rung me and my phone was off, my phone is never switched off. The mattress arrived even after I’d cancelled the order, it’s not even the same one I ordered. Absolute let down, do not use this company, shop around and find an alternative.”

This arrived early by 4 days! Absolutely no odor, or funky smell. Very easy to set up and as soon as I very carefully removed the outer plastic, this whooshing sound could be heard from the mattress. When that subsided, I removed the rest of the plastic, again, be careful with the scissors. In just a few hours it was getting puffed up. I left it for 24 hours. Then I put on my mattress cover, 100% cotton sheets, cotton quilt and slept like never before. I have rods and screws in my neck and back from many surgeries, (auto accident) and the next morning I had NO pain! I will follow up in 30 days or so with an update.”
“After 5 weeks I finally got my bed. I was advised I would receive the bed within 10 days, but no after constant chasing and various emails daily I got it after 5 weeks. Customer service is very poor. I get passed pillow to post. I get promised call backs and never do it’s so poor. When bed arrived spending all day putting it together with no instructions whatsoever , I found out they sent me the wrong headboard it was to small for a king size they send me a double headboard. I’m still waiting for someone to contact me regarding the delivery of this headboard. I’ve never experienced nothing like this. I also went on the website and my beds not there anymore so it will be very interesting on what they come back and tell me now. MN are like a bad smell you can’t get rid off.
I bet I don’t get compensation for this either it’s a joke”
