“Hi, I read reviews, called Mobile Lab and got an instant quote. Having been told by 3 different repairers it was impossible to repair my I pad, I had nothing to lose. Turn round was not the fastest (I did not pay for quick) but I did not mind this, the repair was done at the price quoted and I am thoroughly impressed. cannot recommend highly enough. Use them, you will not be disappointed.”

“My Samsung Note decided to continully reboot itself, tried, unsucessfully, myself to restore it to working order all to no avail. Whilst in Derby Intu I passed the new shop Mobile Lab and went in to ask their advice, they explained that that there were several faults that could cause the problem but if I brought it in they would look at the mobile and if unable to repair there would be no charge. Took it in a few days later, they said call back in approximately an hour, I did so and the issue had been resolved and for a very reasonable charge I went away very happy with a perfectly functioning mobile. Would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again if I had any mobile phone problems again.”
