“Ordered almost 3 weeks ago and still waiting. called to enquire about package but states that it had been delivered but conflicting advice given on phone and email”

“Took my PS4 in for an HDMI port repair - got quoted £60 and a one week turnaround time. Two weeks after dropping it off in their Hucknall store, I chased an update via phone call (no answer) and eventually got a text message through asking what was the matter. Got told there had been delays and they would have to get in touch with ‘HQ’. Was then promised an update would follow in due course. No update was received; I phoned twice, to no answer, and messaged and emailed to no answer. Eventually took time out of my working day to go into their store where conveniently it so happened my PlayStation was under the counter, awaiting collection! Rating two stars for rubbish communications and false promises - but Jamie in store was helpful and willing to assist, and my PlayStation was repaired sufficiently. This doesn’t mean I would recommend and I certainly won’t be using again.”

“Partial review: mobile labs repaired my cracked screen but since then my phone is back in for it's second repair under mobile labs warranty because after they replaced the screen, it started glitching. I hope that it can be solved and I will be sure to keep this review updated a second time. Staff are friendly and informative.”

“The initial repair’a scope and price was misleading as we were not informed that it would not solve the issues with the phone. The repair completed did not fixed the issues that we described when we talked to the technician when we arrived. Once we tested the phone and realised the issues hadn’t been fixed, we were told more repairs were actually needed 3x the price of the initial repair.”

“Customer service was fine, guy was friendly but my phones screen (after paying a massive £80 for a new screen, case and screen cover) managed to break due to half meter drop (first drop since repair). Clearly it was still extremely fragile after the ‘repair’...”

“Phone was taken in to repair a faulty charging port, which was done successfully. However, at a later time when trying to sell the phone it was found the phone was damaged during the fix, resulting in the phone frame being slightly bent and the back cover not being properly secure. A form was submitted to Mobile Lab enquiring about this, but I never received a response.”

“They took long time to repair it and then kept making me go back and forth promising me it was gonna be there and it wasn't. Then they gave me me the phone back with the left side of the earphones not working”

“After sending my iPhone X in for repair and requesting a fast turnaround on the form. After trying to contact you by email after a week of no reply. I finally got in contact with someone, they said someone would contact me the next day but no one did.”

“I was told my laptop couldn’t be fixed as the parts it needed were too expensive!! I have since had it fixed and all it needed was a new driver that was £25! Staff were friendly and polite but won’t be using them again after this.”
