Purchased a phone last week from here, within a week the screen was pixellated and gone black, Tried to call their customer service, it appears they dont answer their phone. Terrible service

Spent £175 on a display replacement for an iPhone 11 with a lifetime guarantee. 4 months later the display isn't working, but repair is denied due to there being a tiny mark under the display in a corner - which appeared directly after the initial repair.

Why you not tell the phone have 86% batery life and the phone running just half hour and then batery dead i pay the price for new and you give me a very used phone😡😡🤬🤬

Went into day as phone was still under guarantee and the button need refitting as seem as it got messed up when they put the screen all I can say is the man their is very rude not friendly at all and moans when an old device

Terrible experience. My iPhone now has a very poor, nasty quality replacement screen on it - to the point where I’m going to have to take it to an Apple store for the issue to be rectified. If you want a very cheap solution without caring about the quality of the end product, this is your place; however, if you want your device to be in the same condition as it was before, go to the proper Apple store.

Has taken over 2 weeks to return my phone, with a different excuse everyday. I called upto 15 times daily for information. When my phone finally did appear there was no call to say it was ready. Was very expensive repair with no discount for the poor handling. I also paid parking 4 times at intu which is £3.10 each time. I would not use this company again.

My mobile phone does not recognise the new battery and suddenly shut down. I try to charge the phone but it does not charge. You did not keep and did not give me the old genuine battery. You had to keep the old battery because you cannot be sure if the phone is ok with the new battery. With previous battery I did many charges ,now I cannot use my mobile phone.

Lack of updates about my iPad.When I called I was told I would be contacted when it was ready..never did. Got sent to head office, communication was awful there too. £80 for a service where the communication seemed to be my responsibility????

I took my iPhone X in for a new battery today to your Derby store. When I got home I noted that the face recognition software was no longer working. I immediately returned to the shop in Derby and was advised that something must have been disturbed during the battery replacement and my phone would have to be sent away for diagnosis and repair and could take 14 days Before it could be returned. This is of great inconvenience to me as I now do not have a phone for this duration. I was not offered a courtesy phone and I am also incurring costs for travel and parking due to this error in fitting the new battery. I must say the 2 staff at the shop have tried to sort the problem and have been helpful but did say this can happen when batteries are replaced. I am very disappointed to now have to be without a phone following a simple battery replacement and I am now unable to gain access to banking on line, WhatsApp plus other important applications that I use on a daily basis. No mention of any compensation was brought up by your staff and I also do not except that it should now take 14 days to repair??

Well, I wanted to change my battery and the charging point where it costed me 75 pounds all together... but the problem is it ages to charge or it does not charge the green charge shows up but to be frank it won’t charge .. so bad work . Won’t recommend this to anyone

Got a replacement screen for iPhone 7. Knocked off table in full protective case and smashed. Nothing like as strong as original OEM apple products. Disappointed at £50.

Screen constantly flicks from one app to another. Light shines from the bottom of the screen out of the side. Damage done to the outer casing on the back
