“Sent me the wrong item. Although I did get a partial refund I kept the item I was sent because I couldn't be doing with the hassle of posting back as it would be another 3 days etc before I received the item I wanted”

“The screen was replaced really quick and great price. It’s a shame under the screen there now a mark almost like it’s been wiped and not dried and then pressed down! But as it’s for a 4 year old he doesn’t notice!”

“Had my iPhone unlocked and reset to factory settings unfortunately I still can’t get into it. The man in the shop was very Proffesional and I also bought an iPhone 7 Plus off him he was very helpful.”

“Was told would be an hour but when returned to collect the iPad was in pieces but couldn’t be finished as the member of staff was unable to complete the repair as couldn’t move the fingerprint reader so I would have to return the following day incurring more parking charges. The iPad seems to work ok but I’ve noticed dust underneath the new display”

“Received it back, unfortunately, I could not pick up in-store Screen quality not as good as original glue still around edges and not fully sealed and earpiece speaker mesh no longer there I understand the phone would never go back as new but not as good as expected.”

“Left our phone for the screen to be repaired and asked for a screen protector to be ordered. Went in four days later and they had completely forgotten about it and not ordered the part. Was fixed the following day, but they had then forgotten to order the screen protector (!) Repair is a good job but the experience left me with no confidence and I wouldn't go back.”

“The West Bridgford and Stapleford branches have tried twice to repair water damage to a 6s I just bought. The phone STILL has problems. I suppose the moral of the story is.... if a phone has suffered water damage that's it. Even after a temporary fix, problems reoccur.”
