“I've had to go back and forth four times to different shops to get my phone sorted. I then sent an email to two different email addresses about this problem I had and had no response. Would not be recommended this company to anyone!”

Dear Customer, We already sent you the unlocking code long time ago. Our technician told you, your SIM Card reader is damaged and you refused to get it fixed. We still have the picture as evidence. We issued you the full refund same day even its not our fault. And of course you wont have your repair done if you refused to get it fixed. “Paid over £250 for a screen and camera lens to be fixed which is daylight robbery in the first place, then my front AND back are more cracked then theyve ever been, poor quality high price 👎🏽”

Hi Micheal, We only use genuine Samsung Part. We replaced Screen and back cover for your device in same day. Samsung repairs are expensive, Samsung charges £229 for only the screen replacment and neareset Samsung Repair Center is in Sheiffeld. “It took over a week for a replacement SE housing and after 9 days it still didn’t arrive. So I had no choice but to have a less than perfect SE housing put on from a phone on sale in the shop which quite frankly is in terrible condition, it has dents and scratches all over it. So I pad £65 in full when the housing was ordered and got £15 refund as the case I had paid for hadn’t arrived. The case I have isn’t worth £50 and I will not be going there again as I was messed about. The young guy was apologetic as it wasn’t his fault as the guy who took my order wasn’t at the Bulwell store when I went back for repair. There was no texts or phone calls in regards to updates.I just had to keep going back to store hoping my case had arrived as there was no communication from them.”
