“It took over a week for a replacement SE housing and after 9 days it still didn’t arrive. So I had no choice but to have a less than perfect SE housing put on from a phone on sale in the shop which quite frankly is in terrible condition, it has dents and scratches all over it. So I pad £65 in full when the housing was ordered and got £15 refund as the case I had paid for hadn’t arrived. The case I have isn’t worth £50 and I will not be going there again as I was messed about. The young guy was apologetic as it wasn’t his fault as the guy who took my order wasn’t at the Bulwell store when I went back for repair. There was no texts or phone calls in regards to updates.I just had to keep going back to store hoping my case had arrived as there was no communication from them.”

“Brilliant service, the women that served me was lovely, polite and just genuinely really helpful. Took 15 mins for them to sort my girls phone out for me and she couldn’t be happier with it. So thank you. I will definitely be coming back if I need my phone fixed”

“They were very helpful and efficient in solving the problem. The issue I have is my fingerprint identification has been disabled since the repair and I will have to make a return visit which is annoying!”
