“I had a replacement battery put in my daughters phone back in December & was not working at the capacity it should have been so I took the phone back & the battery was replaced without delay & no charge! I also had my daughters iPad mini screen replaced which when I went back to collect it wasn’t working correctly so the lad behind the counter apologised & asked if I could return later which I did & when I returned the iPad was working fine & he apologised again for the delay which I didn’t mind as I’d rather they took their time to get it right which they did so I’d fully recommend them to anyone!”
