“Purchased scooter which arrived on 19/10/16 charger appeared to not work correctly, I spoke to Paul at the engineers office,he asked questions agreed some thing wrong. A new charger was dispatched and was delivered within 4hours.Fantastic service the van driver check the new one on the scooter everyone was very professional. Many thanks Vaughan Tasker”

“i purchased a scooter and i was not happy about how it performed i phoned the company and i spoke to a lovely chap called Larry who exchanged it for a far superior one and it was delivered today and it performs fantastical,i would recommend this firm to anyone as they aim to please,once again thank you Larry and Mobility Giant.”

“This fantastic company is true to its word. I originally purchased a mobility scooter from MG back in April. At the time I was impressed with it, but unfortunately a problem with the electric motor developed and it was not performing very well. Then on Saturday I was meeting my wife at a concert on the country cricket ground in Worcester and as I was going there the scooter start playing up. The electronic brakes failed and then the reverse gear stopped working and eventually the scooter came to a halt and refused to go on. Now what? Anyway managed to get home and get the scooter back as well (pushing), thanks to my son being at home. I thought, what am I going to do. I had lost confidence in the scooter and would never feel comfortable again on it even if it was repaired. So I called up the MG website and red through some of the wonderful testimonials. I emailed the company on Monday morning and Richard rang me within 15 mins. I had given them my height and weight details this time. He suggested that I try the Freeranger Landranger XL8 which has good off road capabilities (which I needed). I said I would pay the difference in price. MG said they would take my scooter back and send me out a new scooter. They have performed brilliantly. Coming to the rescue almost immediately. Its just three days later and the new scooter is in my garage. I am so impressed that I have run out of words to praise them. If your thinking of buying a Mobility Scooter or infact anything. Go to Mobility Giant. They will always look after you at all times. Thank you guys. Thank you so much.”

“I have just bought a drive cobra from mobility giant, William was the person a spoke to.I was a bit scared as i had never bought anything like this before on the internet.I was looking at a vita scooter, i told William what i was going to use it for and asked loads of questions to which he was able to answer very well, but when i came to buy it they had just sold out, he was very apologetic and told me about the drive cobra, he gave me time to look at the scooter and rang me back later he answered the questions i had about this scooter, he let me have it at the same price as the other and through in a carry cage to for the inconvenience of the other just selling so i went with this recommendation. The scooter came on the day i was told driver was very helpful and put the scooter where i wanted it, what a machine it is fantastic looks get could pass as a new scooter i look forward to using it :). Rang William again when my tax forms came and again he was only to happy to help me fill it in what a great guy he is, nothing to much bother so thank you so much 10/10 great guy great company service can not ask for more. If your after a scooter then these guys will go that extra mile for you just fantastic.”

“I am sending you another review as I have just had further dealings with your Company. My problems were minor but were dealt with by Paul in the Service Section superbly . The Engineer arrived today and he also was superb. Everything now sorted and Hunky-Dory. I cannot praise Mobility Giants Staff highly enough. They have proved themselves highly efficient and effective and a pleasure to deal with. I will continue to sing their praises whenever I can.”

“I bought my TGA Vita from Mobility Giant in March and although I had initial concerns about buying a used scooter, my fears were soon put to rest when my scooter was delivered a couple of days after placing the order. It looked virtually brand new and I have used it daily ever since. The after-sale service I have received has also been excellent, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Mobility Giant to anyone considering buying a scooter. Why buy new when you can buy with confidence from these guys at a much better price?”

“Being in my ninety third year and over seventy years of car driving I decided that I should hang up my spurs so I sold my Focus car and looked on the web for a medium size used scooter. Mobility Giant was my choice and it turned out to be a winner. I phoned them on Sunday and spoke to a staff member about a TGA Sonet used scooter his responce was first class and extremely helpful and confirmed that my selection was good to meet my need, there was no pressure to spend more money.Later I received a call to say that the scooter would be delivered on the following Thursday beween 10.00 and 14.00 which it was. I am delighted with my purchase which was in pristene condition. I would recommend potential purchasers to contact Mobility Giant for new and for used scooters they are so kind friendly and understanding.”

“I purchased a TGA ECLIPSE from Mobility Giant back in Feb 2016 which came with a 6 month warranty. Unfortunately it developed a problem which meant it had to go back to the workshop on site ,I was given a replacement to use whilst it was being looked at. The problem turned out to be a major one and It was decided to give me another TGA ECLIPSE. This arrived on 15th August and was immaculate :- you would think it was brand new. I would like to praise all of Mobility Giants staff who I have had contact with in their handling of my problem :- superb to say the least and also the warranty that they offer is a real gem honest and as I have found priceless. I will have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone that I come across who might require their services. A truly First Class outfit. Yours Sincerely David Miles Horndean,Hants.”

Although I received the wrong scooter first of, the mistake was quickly rectified and I received the correct scooter the same day. “I am very impressed with the scooter, the company and the service. My scooter was delivered on time, on a pallet and covered in cling film. The delivery driver even put it in the garage for me. The scooter itself looks fantastic - spotlessly clean, in excellent condition and fully charged. It looks brand new. Larry at Mobility Giant was a pleasure to deal with. He was easy to talk to, very helpful and even arranged for the tyres to be changed to a colour of my choice. A great scooter at a great price.”

“Really great company to deal with. Mobility Giant were so welcoming, friendly and full of lots of good advice. My Mother and I visited their premises and tried a number of scooters of different shapes and sizes. We saw the workshop and the company testing the machines before putting them up for sale. At no point was there any pressure to buy a machine. The machines we saw were in excellent condition and like many others the scooter my Mother did buy could have been brand new. Absolutely excellent service 5 star!”
