“Firstly I was greeted by Larry who is an absolute delight. We spent quite some time talking through my needs. I opted for an off road scooter. It turned up on promised date and the delivery guy was also fantastic. Now for the scooter. All I can say is fantastic. It's condition is excellent and fully charged and off I went. Obviously I had to try it off road it does exactly what Larry said it would do. All in all a fantastic service I highly recommend Mobility Giant brilliant”

“Received my TGA Breeze 4 on the day promised, very helpful and friendly staff answered all my queries. So pleased with scooter, its given me back my independence, I can get out and about and whats good it dosnt look like a mobility scooter. Delighted customer thank you”

“Can't thank these guys enough with how they dealt with my surprise purchase for my Nan. They knew exactly the type of scooter that would be suitable for her as she hadn't used one before. The delivery team were able to have it hand delivered on her birthday and spent time making sure she was comfortable using it. They even got rewarded with some birthday cake for their efforts! My nan is over the moon with it! Many thanks for making it a great experience. Will definitely be recommending your services.”

“Thank you so much to William for all the advice and help that was given me to help choose the right scooter for my needs .As I am a young person it was a hard decision that was made easier through great understanding of the options available.The scooter arrived well wrapped and in immaculate condition looked better than the picture . “Thankyou mobility giant i looked on the web for weeks till i found this company and what a fantastic company my husbands scooter arrived within 5 days the condition of the scooter was like new the guy who delivered it took the time to go through everything with us before he left would recommend mobility giant to anyone who needs a scooter excellent price excellent customer service my husband now has a new lease of life getting out and about everyday he is over the moon thank you so very much”

“You have done it again great service brilliant products. Today I purchased my second mobility scooter and it is exactly as Paul told me it would be , a lovely machine delivered promptly , with curtesy, by Jacob who spent time explaining all the small things you need to know and making sure I was very happy with the scooter before he left . Would I recommend MOBILITY GIANT to a friend , without hesitation. Would I shop with you again. DEFINITELY”

“Fantastic company to do business with - placed order for scooter on Monday - arrived Thursday am. Extremely pleased with condition (no way would you think it was secondhand) and performance of my scooter. Instructions for use were simple without being patronising & a follow up call got her insured quickly & at a reasonable price. So, very happy customer (and Jack Russell Wellie looking forward to lots of walks!!!!!!)”

“Hello William, There maybe a small improvement you could make. the communication between departments ,sales to service and dispatch,and the return of phone calls left on your answer machine.It may also be beneficial to confirm the orders by email or by post ,which would give the customer more confidence . Otherwise as I said i was very pleased with the outcome of my purchase and once the delivery date was arranged ,all went well . This is not a criticism just way to improve your service maybe. “I searched for a long time both locally and on the net for a scooter,i came across Mobility Giant and their scooters and prices to me were the best i had seen.I checked the reviews and they were all good and even though the scooter i wanted was sold out i gave them a ring to see if they would be getting the same model back in in the near future,I spoke to William who asked me what i would use the scooter for to ensure the correct scooter for my needs and that i thought was so good of him.William told me they would have the same model in on the following Friday but told me of the newer model they had in and said it was far better than the one i was asking about with little difference in price.I decided on that scooter and placed the order and was told it would be with me on the following Monday and it was,the scooter is absolutely superb and i am so pleased William told me about this one.The whole process was so very simple and i would for sure recommend Mobility Giant to any one without any question at all buy with confidence and with great service.”

“I recommend Mobility Giant to anyone who wishes to buy a mobility scooter. Staff are so friendly and will do anything to help you get up and running. Now days it's hard to find someone who goes the extra mile to help their customers but Mobility Giant assist all the way. I bought the TGA Breeze S4 which is an excellent scooter that comes delivered like brand new for a fraction of the price. I would recommend Mobility Giant Scooter Company of the year.”
