“Been using this company for years, spent £100 of pounds on memory with them and had a great service. Only ordered a microSD card for my daughters tablet, like the others got 4 x micro SD to SD card converters in a white envelope in grey plastic bag. Not the end of the world £6.49, I trusted them so much I used my debit card and not my paypal. One thing was different, I didn't get the usual order confirmation email, just the courier details. Site down now and no way of making contact with them, maybe my bank will to a chargeback on them.”
“It seems I was duped, the same old story as many on here, problems with the courier service, weeks and weeks of emails to them and nothing to show for my payment. It's a scam.”

I was told it was to do with the couriers and the manager was looking into it. 3rd reply was a final promise to track down order or send new item, that was 2 weeks ago and have not heard back or recieved item. Looks like they are heading into administration. not surprising really.”
“Ordered Samsung 64Gb SD Card on 12th June, nothing turned up so eamiled them on 26th and got some crap back from them about checking with my neighbours to see if it had been delivered elsewhere, I live in a Cul-de-Sac with 8 houses, I know them all so I know 100% that it hadn't been misdelivered. On 6th July they sent a parcel and lo and behold there within was a NON BRANDED 8Gb Micros SD Card probably worth 50p I expect- NOT the 64Gb Samsung SD Card I'd paid £18.59 for. Seems we are all victims of a scam! Now reported it to PayPal - fingers crossed i get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“scam company. ordered a micro sd. took ages to get delievered. when i realised it was sent via recorded I thought something was wrong. thinking how are they making money on a £15 micro sd card sending it via recorded? answer: they send a 'moby memory' adaptor (not what was ordered value 20p? and no sd card. 2 e-mails being ignored and phone is not answered. dont use”

They do not answer the telephone. They did initially reply to my email saying how sorry they were and that it must be a database or a picking error. They offered a replacement which I accepted but then they ceased contact.

total £101.98. Paid extra for next day delivery. Nothing arrived next day. Emailed and no response. Following Monday received a package containing ordinary white envelope containing three loose black "memory card for mobile" bearing a MobyMemory emblem. Worthless! Attempted contact via email, no response. Tried to phone, number rings out then message cuts in to say "unable to connect your call" or is constantly engaged - presumably with other unhappy customers! Reported to bank and Trading Standards who are treating as fraud. Do no Use!!!”
