“Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering from Moby Memory and the delivery section in more detail. They must physically hold the orders back on purpose. My Credit Card Payment was taken on the 2 Feb when placing the order, didn't receive order confirmation until 6th which is unacceptable, and have not received item yet - 7 working days. Even with Royal Mail 2nd class I should have received it by now!! Ironical thing is I could have got it cheaper elsewhere but chose Moby because it looked a good company. Not ever again.”
“Ordered a new phone battery (at a reasonable price) from MobyMemory on 1st February 2016 and selected 4-5 day delivery.
No sign of it on Friday still so contacted them via there support page. On the 8th I got an apologetic response blaming their courier service.
On the 16th, when I was just about to ask for a refund, I received another confirmation of order email from MobyMemory. I now await to see if the order arrives or not.
One other thing, somewhere along the line during the order, I was asked for my mobile number. Wish I hadn't given it, as the next thing I knew I was receiving spammy text messages!”
“I bought a Samsung Tab 4 from them. It has faulty sound at under 30 days old. They sent it back to Samsung for repair against my instructions. I was entitled to a full refund! They are very evasive. They said they couldn't send it back to their suppliers because the original box was missing. So my rights were trashed because of a box. They are charlatans I think. My best advice is to buy items like this locally. hsr”
