MUST BE THE WORST COMPANY EVER AVOID AT ALL COSTS CROOKS TO SAY THE LEAST I AM 76 Y OLD PENSIONER RIPPED OF BY THIS COMPANY PAID FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY ASKED FOR A REFUND AFTER 9 DAYS WAIT EXCUSE LOST IN TRANSIT RECEIVED LETTER PARCEL INTIMIDATED BY DEL DRIVER TO SIGN WHEN I ASKED TO RETURN IT WHEN I OPENED IT NO 32GB MICRO SD CARD ONLY 2 WORTHLESS ADAPTERS HOW DO COMPANIES THIS DEVIOUS STAY IN BUSINESS WITH ETHICS SUCH AS THIS??????

I was told I would get my delivery usually in 4-8 days, that was 2 weeks ago, I emailed them to ask where it was and was given some generic answer about it lost with courier, after another few days I contacted them again and was sent the same email, now they don't reply to me at all. Avoid this company, it seems many have had the same problem.

First they take your money and don't provide you with the item you ordered. Theft. Next they tell you it's in the post - first class. Lie. Ask for a refund after waiting for another week and I do receive it but also with an insulting email. Worse customer service I've ever experienced. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

They DO NOT answer their phone. Order was placed. Nothing received after 3 weeks. Very bad service. Terrible.

Ordered item, paid extra for express delivery, waited, contacted them, they blamed the company they use for delivery, said it had all been sorted, waited, nothing! Have asked for a refund, they still blamed anyone but themselves! Rubbish service and they never answered the published phone number.

Ordered a pair of headphones, then saw some reviews online about how others have previously ordered from Moby Memory, never received their item, and then when they requested a refund money ended up being taken out of their account. Sure enough I never received the headphones and have also cancelled my card.

Ordered a memory card (£130 in stock) 2 June and paid extra for express post - 8 June still not arrived, tried to phone - they never answer - emailed and got what looks like a standard reply promising to look into the problem - 12 June despite sending 2 more emails no replies and still no memory card - still not answering the phone.

Placed an order with them, 2 weeks later nothing received and no reply to my email or to paypal dispute which I have just escalated. Don't use Mobymemory!

Useless. Had confirmation my order had been delivered when it hadn't. When I enquired they offered to send a replacement which never turned up. When I emailed to enquire what was going on I received no response. Order from Amazon and had delivery the next day, so told these clowns to poke their order where the sun doesn't shine and give me a refund. Refund issued without any further communication. Their customer services are a joke, AVOID!

Ordered item from stock but never received! All emails were ignored and had to get a refund via PayPal. Item was to be a birthday present also so that was ruined. Absolutely appalling customer service in this day and age.

Scam. Scam. Scam Don't buy anything they will send you faulty item. Will not refund you. Its happened with me. Thank to paypall they got my money back. This compay should be band. They are asshole. Once again please don't purchase anything.

Ordered a new iphone battery got sent a second hand battery with a wear level of 22%. This is a scam company and I will be reporting them to trading standards

I ordered a new battery for my iPhone but was sent a second hand battery. When I opened the package it was in very poor condition and it was obvious that it had been taken out of another phone. The battery they sent had a cycle count of 1027 and a maximum charge of 1313 mAh (only 82% of it’s design capacity of 1560 mAh). They have accepted the return but have not sent a returns envelope after several requests. I'm still waiting for a refund. I'm really unhappy with the product and their customer service is very poor. I feel that this is dishonest and not an acceptable way for a company to act.

Just a warning to all potential custo ers of this so-called company. Ordered a memory card which never arrived. Was fobbed off with 'supplier issues' so after 28 days of no-show, requested a full refund. Refund received along with a letter from my bank advising me that a new debit card was being issued due to fraudulent activity on my account. After 15+ years of owning a debit card, I have never had anything like this happen. Coincidence....I think not. Unbelievable. Take my advice and the last 20+ statements here and steer clear of this company. Company has also gone bust before and the owner also owns other companies which have gone bankrupt too. Check companies house. Don't risk the hassle and buy from a reputable retailer like Argos, Pc world.....anyone but these robbing clowns!

I would really like to add to my review of this despicable company, but will add another to warn everybody. The goods did not arrive, I got a refund then 2 days later 1 small and 2 massive purchases from my account. Like many others my card was cloned. Thankfully I had already been in contact with my bank regarding this possibility and they took the necessary action and will be dealing with the relevant authorities. Do not use mobymemory, I know what I'd like to call them, but I won't. Everything I have stated is the truth and I have a full paper trail to prove it.

As other reviewers have stated, within two weeks of my purchase, nearly £700 worth of fraudulent transactions went through on my debit card. I was contacted by the fraud detection team at HSBC. It's worth noting that the memory sticks I ordered did arrive, however from a different company (marked as a book store) however, not expecting any of this to happen, I discarded the bag they came in with the return address. Should anyone know of the bookstore in question, I am currently in contact with the police and they may find this very useful information to have.

What went wrong? My credit card was scammed, within a second of making a purchase. I received a fake battery with a promise to replace it. Followed up by having my credit card blocked as a substantial purchase was attempted. I tried submitting a report on Trustpilot but Moby had it removed because telling people you get fraudulent transactions after trading with Moby is against their rules! This was followed up by a rapid succession of wonderful reviews of Moby (hopefully they got writer's cramp). Do not trade with Moby, ever. Do not trust Trustpilot.

Order placed 25/4. Not delivered. Company will/do not answer the phone and only answer some emails. Like others trustpilot reviewed pulled and not re-instated (evidence supplied to trustpilot). Still no order, company states refund will be made in 5-7 days! I'm not hopeful. Have now reported to all relevant agencies as I believe something awry is happening here. My advice DO NOT USE MOBYMEMORY.
