This has been one of the worst experiences I have had buying from an online retailer. It is very clear that the majority of these 5 star reviews are paid for or fake on this website. I ordered items at an egregious price point for the next day shipping within the usa and with the timeline that it would be delivered within inside a week. That was the beginning of December and I still have nothing. They "delivered" a package that the mailman at my building never saw and their customer service team advice was that "check your mailbox" and then when I said clearly that wasn't it - "it hadn't shipped yet possibly". So I asked for a refund and they said we will just reship it - after 10 emails with a customer service agent that is either very poorly trained AI or a 3rd world outsourced agent that doesn't really speak english very well, they "shipped" another package that got "delivered" to my residence again but once again no one could find it. Even though I gave them the correct address nearly 8 times, they still put the wrong address on the label and it was sent to an incorrect home which then the USPS returned to sender. So It is now January, I have had 4 requests for a refund ignored, two packages that don't exist, and I can't get a real person to actually help me with my situation as they only communicate through zendesk email support which is notoriously slow and ineffective. DO NOT RECOMMEND - and I got the "premium" US to US version! I can't even imagine what it would be like for international coming from their labs in India

I didn't use the US to US next day shipping, my order was shipped from another country. I received my order within the estimated time they said I would. First time using this company and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Great prices, quality products and shipping was faster than I was expecting, considering it's coming from outside US.

Didn’t use the US to US shipping option, which understandably is more expensive, but used the option to ship from a different country. Even with foreign shipping, the service was faster than most I’ve experienced in the past. Product was perfect and the bonus was a nice touch! The option to use Zelle was convenient, and I like that Crypto is also a possibility. This was the first time I’ve used this company in a long time, and I was very pleased…and will be back!

They deliver! thats about it. The international was shipped immediately from them, but of course it takes a while to get to the states. Once it's in the states, you can track it as per usual. I think my order took about 16 days but at no point in time was I concerned that it was not shipped or would not arrive.

I was charged twice now the company is saying they can't refund my 303.00 that their processor won't let them! Such bs I really hope I didn't get ripped off for $606.00!!!! BEWARE

Never disappointed, It takes a while to get here but that is expected. love this company I have got a couple of my friends ordering from here and they never have a problem and if something comes up they are on top of it fast I thank them very much for that. The tracking was great all the way,

Great product, the shipping does take a while but that's unavoidable considering it has to go through customs from several continents away! Other than that I'm satisfied with the product and the customer service was pretty good, they are quick to reply and do what they can to help! It's not always a situation they can address if it's stuck at customs or something but they will replace it free if you don't receive it!

1 Star: Simply to balance out the flood of paid or inaccurate 5 star reviews. You are told the product has shipped when the product has only had a shipping label created. It states you can change your order within 2 hours of purchasing but they don't respond for at least 24 hours so that's not even a realistic consideration. They do process crypto immediately, and do offer deep discounts accordingly, so that's a bonus, assuming you receive the product. No transparency on when the product will ship as inquiring only gets you the same response that 'the product has shipped' only to find out many days to weeks later the mail carrier just received the package. None of the tracking links work so you will need to use google or international tracking websites to gain insights, this can at least confirm the shipping labels created are real, and if the product is handed to the carrier the tracking does function smoothly both domestically and internationally. I would plan weeks for domestic and longer for overseas packages. The lack of transparency only makes me question the quality of the product, and recent reviews have stated the quality is far below standard, so buyer beware. I will update this once I am able to compare the quality of product.

Order AT LEAST a month in advance if you want domestic. Orders never arrive in "3-4 days", huge lie. Currently at day 16 in transit for a domestic order. MFXL must employ usps employees as they both operate the same way. False ads, lost packages, no customer service, no response, excuses etc, etc, etc
