Did not loose any wait! Support was a real struggle, lots of headaches. Spend that much money, when I wanted to return the item, it was not acceptable to them, all they did keep encouraging you to keep, trying until you reached the deadline for a refund. Please whatever you do, don’t waste your money in this item.

Seller illegally misleading customers! I am livid to hear the company is illegally misleading customers on their legal right of a repair or replacement or even a refund on faulty goods Not once have I seen the firm advice customers of the section 75 law The seller must offer the customer a FREE repair replacement or refund if a manufacturer fault is found, How Well a independent report maybe required (once the manufacturer report confirms manufacturer fault and not malicious damage ) the seller must arrange 1 of the resolution above The buyer does NOT have to pay for repair or extra warranty under section 75 law It's not between the customers and credit company, but the buyer and seller , Only if the seller refuses, Then the customer can raise it with the financial underwriters if credit agreement , Or credit card firm they paid with .

I made do with it and requested a partial refund which they refused so I returned it for a full refund.

My devices is Dead on Arrival. And can't get a response from customer service, even though it supposedly comes with 1 year warranty.

What kind of company wouldn’t rather keep a customer happy and still make a profit but would rather upset someone and end up getting the device back and having to refund in full? Aside from the questionable customer service the headset DID NOT WORK FOR ME AT ALL in the time I had it.

I lost a bit of weight at the beginning , but I was dieting as well . but since the dieting stopped so has the weight loss . I can’t say that it has stopped my cravings but it does make me sleep really deeply. Am not sure if the issue is that I have menieres and it just doesn’t work with the nerve damage but am still using it as the sleeping really helps. I have to omit that the service from Modius has been so good there is always someone to answer your questions and the Facebook page is great being able to read the good and bad stories is refreshingly truthful
