“I have now had three warranties with them over the years as a family. We have honestly never had a issue they have processes that have to be followed but having been with a well know warranty for years who never paid anything and made us jump through hoops these are a refreshing change. I had a clutch go on my car the garage contacted them and they dealt with them direct I literally dropped my car off everything was sorted and picked it up a week later(garage delay as they were busy but they were my choice) I have recently had an issue with a sensor and it was covered and had the car back same day. Overall I’m very happy with them.”
