“I've just changed my car in February. In the transaction with the garage I was offered 6 months breakdown/recovery with Momentum. I have no previous knowledge of the company and as it's a very short period of time since my car change I can't comment on the service. I would say for those who commute long distances motorway travel etc. to and from work, having a backup breakdown service would be wise. Momentum's committment to providing this service seems reasonable and economic.
People who have had reason to avail of the service would be more able to comment on their experience!”
“I have recently purchased a car which came with a plan cover level 2. As I haven't had to use the service I can't rate how good the back up is. Momentum have emailed me and 'phoned me, so at least they appear to keep contact with customers. I hope I don't have to call them out as no-one wants to have car problems but having the knowledge I can call them is certainly a bit of reassurance. I have had to update the information on my plan as the registration on the purchased vehicle has been replaced with my personalised plate. L1 GAT This has been updated on my plan.”
