But much more irritating is the return policy: having to apply for a return, wait for a code/approval then head off to the Post office (or delivery service of choice), wait in line, spend $10 and then be expected to upload the tracking information. Won't be ordering again.”
“The products I purchased are as described HOWEVER, during my purchase I was NOT able to use my accrued points. When contacting Customer Service I was told that in order to use my points I needed to Click on the Rewards button and follow the link yo my points. DAH! I had been doing that for hours and your ridiculous system kept giving me an error message. When I contacted Customer Service for a Credit on my purchase I received NO RESPONSE. This is pathetic! Products are good. Customer Service-NOT SO MUCH. STINKS”

Delivery was very, very slow and communication was poor, also refund was slow to process.even though the quality was good I don’t think I would place an order again due to poor services - shame because I need some new bedding.”

The cut of the pajamas and the fit didn’t work. I wanted to return them but being they weren’t shipped from the USA I figured it would cost too much. “So many good reviews convinced me that it was worth spending $60 on two bonnets. I had looked on Amazon and saw great reviews, but was willing to pay more for better quality. I was very disappointed when I received my bonnet from Mommesilk. It's cheap thin material, feels like it'f from China. Since I knew it would do the job, I kept them and didn't complain, but when they sent me an email stating, "Leave a 5-star review and get a 10% coupon code for your next purchase." I was upset. I refuse to leave a 5-star review for 10% off and have other people have the same experience as I did. Save your money, this product is not worth the price. Does it do it's job? Yes. Do I think a $8 one from bonnet would resemble the quality? Absolutely. I'm upset that they are persuading people to mislead other for 10% off. I will not stand for that.”
“The silk feels good, but the pillowcase is a few inches shorter than a standard pillowcase. The zipper at the edge doesn’t go edge to edge so I have to wrangle the pillow into the case. Overall the product feels cheap and I would prefer at least a partial refund. Thicker material is needed and more robust stitching is also needed.”

“The gift I sent arrived direct from China with no indication who the sender was. When I called to find out how the gift was, the reply was from my friend was that it was sitting in the basement until she could figure out why someone in China would send a pillow case.”
“The silk pajamas that I gifted to my partner ended up turning his skin blue, which in turn stained other items that he sat on. I'm not sure if the silk is cheaply dyed? For the amount I paid I would have hoped that the quality would have been better.”
