The products I purchased are as described HOWEVER, during my purchase I was NOT able to use my accrued points. When contacting Customer Service I was told that in order to use my points I needed to Click on the Rewards button and follow the link yo my points. DAH! I had been doing that for hours and your ridiculous system kept giving me an error message. When I contacted Customer Service for a Credit on my purchase I received NO RESPONSE. This is pathetic! Products are good. Customer Service-NOT SO MUCH. STINKS
