“The lady that answered the phone when I was simply trying to make sure they had what they needed, made me feel like I was such an inconvenience to her and she was rude with how she spoke to me. She felt the need to remind me I had just filled out my form every time I’d call to check the status. The service of getting my pump was fast, I wouldn’t use this company again.”
“Fast and easy but messed everything up on their end. Told me I was approved for certain pumps for free through my insurance, I picked one. It was sent to me and then I got a bill for $300. Now I’m jumping through hoops trying to solve the issue myself.”
“Would be okay if they didn’t give you 24-21mm flange inserts I have never met a women with nipples that size. It should be mandatory they send every size. I can’t afford inserts so I can’t even use my pump. When I try to it is very painful.”
