“My entire experience from beginning to end was great. I ordered online and paid but realized I had accidentally put the wrong robe in my cart. I sent off an email to customer service asking if I could change my order. I heard back within 15min that they would try to change the order but stock was limited. I received an email 2 hours later saying they could change my order to the correct robe and I would get an additional invoice for the higher cost. They shipped my robe same day before I received the invoice and paid the additional amount. I was stunned---this level of service isn't found often.
