“I ordered a gift to be delivered direct and put her address in in order
When I got the confirmation I spotted delivery address was mine so I immediately emailed (no number to call at that time of day) to say don’t send to me and gave her address again but you sent it to me so I had to then post to her myself”
We are sorry that Maria has had a poor experience with us - we are always happy to help customers if there is an issue, and can easily amend addresses on request before shipment. We never received any correspondence from Maria asking us to do this - neither via chat, nor email, which meant we did not enact any changes for her. We have contacted Maria since receiving this review to understand what steps she took to reach out to us so we can investigate, but have also received no response. We are always very happy to receive feedback to learn and improve and take great pride in helping our customers, but obviously in order to act on a request, we do need to be contacted in order to do it. This review is therefore disappointing as we would have loved to have had the chance to resolve Maria's issue. We wish her all the best. Gemma
