“A coulle of years agi, I was a regular customer of Mowndown Farm, I had no issues with their service at all.
That all changed when 1 of my orders went astray. I contacted moondown, they insisted, the order had been delivered. I asked neighbours, had they recieved it. One guy said that it had mistakenly been delivered to him, he had returned it to the pistol office. The village post office said that it had been returned to sender. Moondown said they had not received it and did not believe that I had not received my order
To this day, moondown will not accept any orders from me, even via Ebay.
Very unpleasant, unprofessional and ignorant.”
