“Bought nest boxes and when they arrived one was damaged, contacted moondown and they said there wasn't anything they could do, I asked if they could send me a replacement part but they said sorry no.
Was then asked several times by ebay fir a review and so I reviewed my experience with facts only !!!
Had previously spend many hundreds of pounds with them and since my review they will nolonger sell to me.
Extremely unprofessional for a business to behave like this, I only wanted what I paid for but tuis is a company to avoid at all costs in my opinion UNFORTUNATELY”
“Ordered plastic perches perch end. Clips for plastic nest box metal perch holder got everything bar perch end text you told they where in when dispatched but nothing when I open parcel look like I will have to go else where feel like I’m being called a lair wil not be buying from them again👎👎👎”
“Just found this page. A few years ago ordered a hamster cage from Moondown Farm, said you could send back if not right, well, it was way too small when it arrived and we sent it back straight away. Trying to order from them again in future, find they blocked us on Ebay, ok Moondown Farm, your loss. Do not shop with these people, totally unprofessional!.”

“Only giving 1 star because I can't give zero, parcel was delivered by royal mail but definatley not to a safe place as requested and subsequently not there when I checked, contacted Moondown but they just gave me some waffle about royal mail being able to prove it was delivered, thats as may be but not to the instructions left by me. Avoid this seller or arrange delivery when your in, if it goes wrong they are no good !!!!!!”
“My order was not delivered to my property and they refused to chase it up with the couriers, asked for a replacement or refund and was told no. Not helpful. Won't be buying off them again”
