“Just found this page. A few years ago ordered a hamster cage from Moondown Farm, said you could send back if not right, well, it was way too small when it arrived and we sent it back straight away. Trying to order from them again in future, find they blocked us on Ebay, ok Moondown Farm, your loss. Do not shop with these people, totally unprofessional!.”

Makes you feel like you are a liar which I see another reviewer mentioned. Just started to get back into birds and was hoping I would be ordering most of my products from here but decided against it now due to the service aspect.”

Then say its royal mail no arrived like that,yea blame royal mail and claim . so obvious not there fault sometimes .yet I accepted 1 lot of damaged goods no gratitude for that also missing items .oh no they cant be missing err yea they are .then block me no help disgraceful company terrible attitude towards people if you moan or return an item ,yea some nice stuff maybe check and pack your items properly.”
“Only giving 1 star because I can't give zero, parcel was delivered by royal mail but definatley not to a safe place as requested and subsequently not there when I checked, contacted Moondown but they just gave me some waffle about royal mail being able to prove it was delivered, thats as may be but not to the instructions left by me. Avoid this seller or arrange delivery when your in, if it goes wrong they are no good !!!!!!”
“My order was not delivered to my property and they refused to chase it up with the couriers, asked for a replacement or refund and was told no. Not helpful. Won't be buying off them again”
