“My order on line through Amazon failed to deliver even when it was out for delivery, as an me and my wife are both pensioners we were relying on this delivery for basic items we needed. This is just not acceptable the way we have been treated by Morrisons. Disgusting.”

We have actually already started and we are noticing the price difference every time we shop for salad items.
Whilst you may have some glowing reviews, wait until customers really start looking to buy salad items before noticing the astronomical price rises.

“Personalised mug ordered 9th November 2025 through Morrisonsphoto. Delivery quoted as 3-4 days, so plenty of time for my mother's birthday on 20th.
Alas, not received, so contacted 21st November and received a curt response from Alex at Customer Service to give another 7-10 days.
Now into December and tracking still shows received by courier 13th November, as it has for two and a half weeks.
Deserves zero stars.”

Morrisons text me 40 minutes before my delivery was due. They were not able to deliver today but would be able to deliver tomorrow (no time given, just a number to phone). I do not want to take the risk. It has taken a lot of time on the phone to customer service who were totally
indifferent, couldn't care less, no apology or empathy. I have cancelled the order as I am concerned about the condition of the food if it is lying around in a store/van waiting to be delivered. Appalling customer service. Best reading the 1 Star reviews. If you are relying on a delivery or a special occasion I wouldn't recommend Morrisons.”
“Worst and Only store at Elvetham Heath
Store at Elvetham Heath has a captive market of local shoppers.
Greeted by missing grate in car park , banging your suspension and a foul smell at the front of store, you enter to find poor quality vegetables, gaps where you expect coffee or your favourite item.
You spend >£100 a week in the store and on the day of a local festival you leave your car in their 3/4 empty car park they fine you £60.
The sooner this store closes and is replaced by an efficient, well managed, customer oriented store , the better”
“All these four star reviews are highly suspect. This company operate the most expensive chain there can possibly be. Fresh quality is atrocious and do check their bb dates of all fresh stock, especially their instore baked bread and cakes etc.”
“' unhappy'. Went to buy some beers the shelves where nearly empty no one was restocking them and what was left was in the wrong place in disarray, also there was a smashed bottle on the floor with its contents spelled in front of the shelves, the area was not cordoned off
Or any notice or cones to warn shoppers I informed a member of staff who said ' I know about it' what comes first sales or safety”
