“Had an issue with an item… called in and spoke to customer service and they were: 1. Super nice and helpful 2. Listened and we tried a couple things 3. Still defective so they took care of it. The fact that it was extremely easy to get to an actual person who actually cared about customer satisfaction will keep me a customer for life.. only fantastic things to say about motion rc! Top notch”
