My response would have been 10 based on the models, shipping etc. All of my other aspects of my purchases have been great. However, this customer support experience has been very annoying. My email is comtedetournay@gmail.com. it has been used to make 3 purchases. When I tried to recover my account I got the run around saying it was not seen in your data base. This email is coming from the address I used for my purchases! It by definition must be correct or I would not have received this message.”
“The shipping company you use had my package in Austell. I didn’t get updates on the whereabouts and had given up on getting my order. It was the main gift for my son and it finally arrived on Christmas Eve. It caused stress and worry. I love the product but hesitate to use anyone who’s ships through fedex.”

“I found my system not as advertised. I bought the RTF Cardinal. The glider flies great. But the transmitter switches, for the most part, do nothing. Stabilization works in ‘roll’ only. Can’t turn it off while in flight. Get some ‘locktight’! Heard another complaint on this. The rudder/stabilizer nuts vibrated themselves off after 4 sessions. Pitch sensitive will remain at any angle you set it. All the way to ground. The advertised ‘rescue mode’ is none existent. Yet the glider is such a good flyer, I’d still recommend it. And the roll stability is useful. I’m keeping it for sure. No known protocol but it’s worthy of a receiver with telemetry vario. All parts are replaceable. Would like to try the landing gear if they ever get it back in stock. The flaps option isn’t necessary but nice if you want practice. They won’t work on the RTF version because it’s only a 4 channel transmitter and you will need 5 channels. I enjoy flying it. Had some less that skilled landings but it still looks new.
