“My purchases have always been handled expediently and shipping has always been great, but if you have a "return" to process, good luck! They issue you a ticket, but in my case, two simultaneous tickets that a guy by the name of Ed refused to acknowledge. He thought the two return tickets pertained to the same item, but two separate items where addressed in my reason for returning text. He didn't even read one of them and just chose to close the one ticket. Finally, I was able to convey the true nature of the second ticket to Patrick and everything went smoothly from there on. Ed is probably a good enough tech, but he should slowdown and actually READ the written text associated with the ticket! I'm a retired professional and was totally unprepared to be treated like a second class citizen by someone that obviously should pursue another line of work! I'll never ask a question via your chat link again; in fact, I'd be hard pressed to purchase again from motionrc!”
“No support.My request was simply ignored. Instead of a clear answer (the error that occurred is known/not known, can also occur with the desired item (NEW), or does not occur), I will fobbed off with warranty conditions. Although I never even dreamed of warranty service and certainly didn't mention anything of the sort. Very disappointing.”
“I'm much less likely that I was initially due SOLELY to the fact that my order was cancelled due to "Credit Card Issues" even though the card was verified when I placed the order AND I placed a SECOND order using the same card later that same day or early the next day which, again, went through and I have received that second order. No one at Motion can give me or has made any attempt to provide a plausible explanation for that cancellation or CC "issue". This completely upended my Christmas gift plans for my grandson.”
“The way my one support call re a DOA ESC was handled. Ive bought well over 40 planes from you in my time and was treated as if I was a thief! Other things wrong from the factory with the 8S Zeus were prevalent and I fixed them notably two elevator servos that when Y connected ran different lengths by about 3/16”. Also the canopy latch did NOT engage the canopy!!!! You people seem to be going the way Hobby King did back in the day…sad actually.”
